worst service I have ever experienced. their listings have a lack of information and mislead.

Terrible service, no phone service. Very long waiting time for package delivery - up to a week easily.

1. זמני אספקה לא הגיוניים
2. שירות לקוחות לוקה מאוד בחסר (במילים עדינות)
ניסיתי פעם אחת והחוויה מאוד שלילית, בהחלט לא ממליצה.
אציין שמשלוחים מחו״ל הגיעו לפני ההזמנה הזו בארץ בטווח זמן קצר משמעותי - גם היה שירות לקוחות צמוד.

Was a loyal customer for over 10 years but they decided to loose my business over 170₪, left me feeling bad so I'm never buying here again.
Worst customer support I have ever received, like talking to a robot.

I ordered a product that was to be delivered in 5-7 days. After day 7 I messaged them asking about the status and they said they tried to deliver it and I can pick it up if I want to. I said they should deliver it again. 3 days later I get a call from a delivery guy asking where I live. When I told him where I'm located he said that is not in his delivery area and he will drop the package back off. I have tried contacting them through phone email and chat and have not received any response. My purchase was over 1500 shekel and I plan to decline the credit card payment.

I've made an order on the site, picked it up from the store, worked perfectly.
I've been a customer of KSP for a long time and I can say that if you want a new product, it's a good place to buy it, but for repairing complicated problems with your computer systems, I wouldn't go there.

Big variety of merchandise for a low price. Few cons though:
1. Super bad customer support, practically it would be even better without any customer support.
2. Many fake products, specially perfumes. Tried 2 perfumes and both were fake. But also watches and other stuff. Simply fake.

Make full prepayment week ago, and not get my order on this moment! Number of order: 10935703

לא להתקרב לסניף הזה!!!!!!
קנינו מחשב נייח ב7,000 שקל והיחס שקיבלנו היה פשוט מזעזע. אורי טיפל בנו, חווית הקניה התחילה טוב, הוא עזר וייעץ לנו.
הגענו לשלב התשלום, ורצינו לשלם בשני כרטיסים שונים. ביצענו תשלום של 2,000 ש"ח ובתשלום השני, המערכת "קרסה". אורי ייעץ לשלם את ההפרש כשנחזור לאסוף את המחשב, הסכמנו.
כשהמחשב היה מוכן הגענו לסניף ונודע לנו שמבלי לשאול, הוא הוסיף חלקים יקרים יותר בגלל טעות בייעוץ שלו כשהיינו בסניף. (האם קיבלנו טלפון לשאול אם זה בסדר מבחינתנו? האם קיבלנו את החלקים באותו מחיר עליו הונפקה הקבלה? האם קיבלנו פיצוי או זיכוי או הנחה כלשהי? לא!) כשהגענו לתשלום נאלצנו לחזור לסניף 3 פעמים! כל פעם הייתה תקלה אחרת (מיותר לציין שלא באשמתינו)
אחרי הרבה כאב ראש, סופסוף קיבלנו את המחשב. כשהגענו הביתה גילינו שיש אביזרים חסרים. ולא צורף אפילו כבל קומקום!
כרגע המחשב עומד כקישוט בבית, ותזכורת לחווית שירות מזעזעת ואי לקיחת אחריות.

Decent selection but no customer service and barely anything in-stock at stores.

Morons of the highest level.... Cant deliver products in specified time, send u sms after the deadline saying it will be delays and to call support if an issue. Support phone number hasnt worked in well over a week. Have disputed payment with credit card and will never buy from such stupid incompetent company again

I have bought from them a lot parts for my PC and also few accesories.
The sellers are very nice and helpful, the KSP stores have a lot of products in stock and some of them are sold for relatively good price. This store is reccommended

קניתי מחנות זו כמה וכמה פעמים, לרוב קניתי חלקים למחשב שלי ולפעמים גם ציוד היקפי.
המוכרים בסניף היו מאוד נחמדים, אדיבים ותומכים.
בסניפים יש מלאי גדול ובמידה ואין אפשר לעשות הזמנה ולפחות לפי הניסיון שלי זה הגיע תוך פחות משבועיים, והרבה מהמוצרים הם במחירים טובים.
אני ללא ספק יכול להמליץ על החנות הזו.
