I've been running my tutoring company for 13 years and we've always relied on referrals. Twice before, we spent around $10k each time on marketing efforts that went nowhere. My experience with KST has been remarkably different and I wish I had found them years ago.

I first talked with David on November 10th. He charged 3000 upfront, i paid 1500 and said hey lets work and see ill pay the rest. We had an onboarding call, then they proceeded with sending me bunch of google docs with chatgpt information and thats it. They told me to do everything on my own and then they will implement their "super system". Nothing happened. I asked for help several times, they said "we can check this and give comments later". Thats all they do, no real job and no actual help. The only thing they were doing is yapping and promising while giving me some template google docs and google sheets. I had a call with them last week, and honestly I came away pretty skeptical.

Right away it struck me as odd that none of the partners have any tutoring experience, even though they’re selling a product specifically to tutors. One of them is only 21 and based in Slovenia — nothing wrong with that on its own, but it doesn’t exactly match the impression they’re trying to give.

They originally pitched it as “30 clients a month or your money back,” which sounded promising. But when I asked about the refund guarantee, it suddenly became, “we don’t do refunds.” That kind of inconsistency set off alarm bells.

The way they handled questions didn’t help either. When I asked something fairly straightforward, the reply I got was basically, “so what do you want?” — dismissive, and by the end of the call it felt like he just wanted to get rid of me.

After digging a little further, I also noticed most of their testimonials come from people already active in other coaching programs, with a lot of overlap with “Teacher Project.” It makes me wonder if those reviews were really earned, or just the result of offering free support in exchange for nice words.

In the end, it left me with more doubts than confidence.

My leads and Booked Call systems felt random before I joined. All my sales just felt lucky. I tried other programs before and they all told me to do the same things. Change the ad colour or change the colour of the text but nothing changed. Within a week of getting my ads up, I started seeing the results I got more Booked Call in a week than I did in the whole of the previous month before I started with KST. In the first month, one of my social media post hit 100,000 views. They are really responsive. You send them a message and they respond within minutes. Couldn’t recommend more. My only regrets is that I didn’t find them sooner
