Go with other props please
I recently had a $20,000 max payout denied by this prop firm, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
They cited three rule breaches, but in my opinion, only one of them could possibly be considered valid.
First, I was flagged for not having a stop loss in place for 16 seconds. Their own rules state that a stop loss should be applied within a “reasonable period” after execution. I genuinely believe that 16 seconds falls well within a reasonable timeframe.
Second, I was accused of breaching the consistency rule. However, my dashboard clearly showed that I was below the required 25% threshold. Only after requesting the payout did they claim it was around 26%. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of their own dashboard—how can traders trust the data being shown if it changes during review?
Third, they cited a breach of the notional exposure rule. I only trade XAUUSD and BTCUSD, and my largest position was 3.3 lots on a $200,000 account, which is completely normal in most trading environments. Based on their rules and current gold prices, it effectively limits traders to around 0.1 lots on a $200K account, which makes the entire concept of trading with funded capital (200k) pointless.
On top of this, their support has been very poor—slow responses, generic answers, and constant redirection to their FAQ instead of addressing my specific concerns.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and a waste of money. The restrictive rules and lack of proper support make it difficult to trade effectively or confidently.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this prop firm. The limitations on position sizing make funded capital practically useless, and when issues arise, you won’t receive the support you need.

Finally found a prop firm I can trust!
Best prop around, good set up process and very fair rules. Always been dubious about prop firms, especially new ones, but these guys being broker backed means you know they ain’t going anywhere. Highly recommend!
