Dispute about next day or not. Apparently it’s in the small
Print. Not what I want to hear when paying for next day.

I ordered 2 x 1litre bottle of Fernox LP Sterox and a tub of test strips, for decontamination of a water storage tank. I chose Kudos Trading because the price was competitive. Delivery was prompt, DPD kept me informed of the delivery slot by text. As far as I can tell, the product worked well. My only complaint is that there was no additional seal around the bottom of the cap and one of the bottles leaked - the bottom of the cardboard packaging box was quite damp. I don't know how much liquid I lost but at nearly £50 a litre it was annoying to have lost any.

I’m not sure why this comment has promopted the response it has from the seller? What I said was factually correct and supported by the sellers comment, for which I gave them 4 stars? On reflection this leaves me now wondering if I was right to do so?
