KUDU Nutrition Avis 

I've been using Kudu on and off since they first launched (as Ethos). I'm a personal trainer, long distance runner and generally very active. I'm also in perimenopause and use Kudu as part of my fitness and nutrition routine to help support my active lifestyle at this stage of my life. I love the convenience of the sachet and my go to flavour is cherry. I recommend these to all of my female clients.

Amazing product for tracking calories and your protein intake. And at a great price, just as much protein as a bar and with a lot less calories.

Kudu is brilliant. Would recommend!

It is the first supplement I have used consistently and the biggest thing I noticed was how easy it was to add into my routine. It mixes well, doesn’t have an overpowering taste, and didn’t upset my stomach like I worried some supplements might. I started taking it mainly to help with post-workout recovery and general wellness, and I’ve definitely felt less sore after training sessions.

I’ve also noticed improvements in my skin and nails, which was an unexpected bonus.

Overall, Kudu Collagen has been a great introduction to protein and recovery supplements for me. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s curious about starting supplements but wants something straightforward and easy to stick with.

The flavours are all nice, really helpful if you a trying to follow a high protein diet, convenient high protein for comparitively low calories. Always delivered on time too.

Great product ... tastes great and better than taking protein powders which taste awful and too sweet.

the sour cherry is delicious and my nails are definitely growing faster!

I can't claim that my hair is thicker or my nails better but my 5k times are coming down, and my children like to help themselves to my Peach favourite when they look in on their elderly parents, so I will keep using Kudu.

Really great product and the subscription is so easy to manage. Would love to see some more perks/gifts as a long term subscriber, but all round really happy with the collagen/protein gels. Taste great. Help me to hit my macros and goals.

I’ve tried all the flavours and they are all great, peach and orange are my favourites. Very easy on the stomach too. I’ve been taking these for a while and find them much easier all round compared to the powdered collagen versions. If you want to add extra collagen protein to your diet, you can’t go wrong with this brand. Only change I’d make is to the delivery packaging- so much cardboard, which goes straight to recycling, got to be more efficient ways.

I’ve been using Kudu for 9 months now. I love it. The gel is the perfect consistency, the flavours are great and it’s so convenient you can take it anywhere. I haven’t missed a day in 9 months because of these factors. I have noticed a significant improvement in my hair, skin and nails.
