Poor Customer Service/No direct way to Contact Comoany
I ordered a blanket and made a mistake with the shipping address. I immediately made attempts to cancel the order but there was no instructions or opportunity to do so. I then sent no less than three different emails requesting contact and assistance with my order and there is no other way to contact them. I never received any reply and now I’m out approximately $51 and no product. I definitely would recommend against purchases from this company.
UPDATE: I was recently contacted by a company representative who offered an apology for this incident. This was in response to my review and not my emails. They refunded my money in full to my account. The representative indicated my issue was relayed to management and they are working on changes to address the concerns from my transaction. They did not specify what changes they may be making and I sent a subsequent reply with my concerns and suggestions. I do appreciate finally having a chance to get my concerns out there and I do appreciate their having returned my money. I think that was a fair solution.

Shipping took a long time. And unit does not fit in bathroom sink. And the bottles of sink clogs, very small and it didn’t even bubble. I don’t know if it worked.

I made a mistake in ordering more than I needed and contacted the company immediately to ask for a refund. They answered within a couple of hours, fixed my order and issued a credit nite. My refund will be transferred within days. Great work, I was very impressed with the service
