We have used Kwixstix Window Film many times over the years for all of our vinyl frosting requirements and have always been extremely impressed with the service.

I ordered a privacy film online to match my windows after a pane of glass needed to be replaced. I planned to fit the film myself and Gareth was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He looked at pictures of my windows to ensure the new film would match the old and sent installation videos and instructions. Communication was quick and once I ordered, the product shipped quickly. The film was pre-cut to my specified size and a squeeze included to make the installation process go smoothly. I definitely would order from Kwixstix again.

Up to the point where I paid £1,300 for my order Gareth was responsive and professional. However he then literally dropped off the face of the earth. Did not respond to emails or calls for over 2.5 months and counting. This company should be avoided.

I cannot recommend Kwixstix highly enough. The design, the quality and the service is 5 star. I needed a particular design and that was developed and the proof sent to me for approval. The final designer item was delivered safely and securely and Came with excellent application instructions.
I could not afford a stained glass window but what o have now is just brilliant!

Gareth produced the design very swiftly, priced with artwork to approve, based on The Cornelian Sun, to span two triangular windows in a Sun room. The finished film was with us in a couple of days with clear instructions. They look fantastic.

Very disappointed with our experience with Kwixstix, did not complete the job as instructed, some windows missing the films, some films not fitted well (loose at the edges etc). Contact with Kwixstix is impossible and it has been impossible to get them to return and complete the job, we are having to go to another company to finish the work.

I was recommended Gareth at Kwixstix by another firm who were unable to help out with my requirements. Gareth was able to help me out with a custom design for adhesive frosted film for some patio doors and the result is brilliant, the design is perfect to provide some privacy while still letting in plenty of light and the quality is amazing. Very happy to recommend to anyone looking to get similar work done :-)

I wanted a very specific design for my window and Gareth was so helpful throughout the whole process and I’m so pleased with the final product.
I’m already a discussing more projects with him! Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend.

I wanted a mirrored film on both my outdoor balcony and two indoor bedroom windows for privacy. I revised the quote a number of times (I only started with the balcony but when I realised it was such a good price, I kept adding more!) and Gareth was great with communication, answering questions etc.

When it came to the installation, there were a couple of hiccups with a lack of communication over installation dates however this was quickly resolved.

Matt and team were courteous and good at communicating whilst onsite. Tidied up after themselves also.

I am SUPER happy with the results and will think about the living rooms at a later date.

Gareth at Kwikstix was very helpful from the get go! He provided a great service. We were in urgent need of privacy to the front of the house and Gareth suggested the best frosted film to give us just that.
