I bought the sonic toothbrush a month ago cleaning my teeth the other day a clump of the bristles fell out of the head and I actually swallowed some and then spent five hours in AnE I have sent emails this lab life company with New response do not buy from this company

Ha avuto una brutta sorpresa fin oggi non mi hanno risposto ,la cintura cryo e pericolosa ho letto che è stata ritirata dal mercato per una probabilità della scossa pericoloso per la salute,ho mandato una email,richiesta cosa devo fare con le foto allegate ma non ho ricevuta nessuna risposta,nel internet era indicato smettere usarlo immediatamente pericolo vita ,per pericolo della scossa,fin oggi non so cosa fare.

I purchased toothbrushes from this company. When trying to get a replacement head I wrote to them I phone them over 20 times over 20 phone calls no reply no response lifetime guarantee not worth the papers written on. If you can't get in touch with this company to even get a toothbrush head. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company with their backup which doesn't exist ideal World I complain to them for months to get them replacement toothbrush heads it's just really hopeless don't waste your money and time with a cowboy company. I told ideal World about my displeasure they've gone along with it and done absolutely nothing.
I purchase from Ideal World lab life men's razor not only did it cut my cheek for some unknown reason it didn't even give me a proper shave ideal world have taken that back and refund .
My view this is my view of Lab-life is they do not contact that customers when you write an email to them or you phone them leave messages the lifetime guarantee truthfully is not worth the paper it's written on as I've said before this company is a cowboy outfit quite disgusting I'm taking this further through the media and also through trading standards. Why would ideal world knowing the problems they told me they've had problems with other customers not being able to get in touch with I have life why they still selling it on television absolutely hopeless do not recommend lab life with their backup or should I say there isn't any backup.
So to date not one phone call not one email from lab life where I've been contacting them then for months no reply. Ideal World Were informed of the problem for months which they knew about and did absolutely nothing.
Just a matter of Interest which they didn't tell you on Ideal World two toothbrush heads are £29 pound 99 if you can get them I've never paid that for any toothbrush head for any electric toothbrush and as I couldn't even get the heads for months to use the coming into stop now after months but 29 pounds for two toothbrush heads it's barmy.
As I say beware or buying products from lab life if this is the backup you're going to get you've been told.Mr Charles Barrie

Bought the LED brush,life time warranty?.I registered when Bought,the brush is now faulty, sent email to Lablife,a week later still no response. I will definitely never buy anything from this company again and I will if asked tell friends and family to avoid them like the plague. Their life time warranty is worthless.

I do t know where to begin! Ordered a facial product over a month ago and received nothing! I’ve sent ten emails in total - and no response whatsoever. I do believe this company are scammers. What a fool I’ve been. I will have to contact my bank now, and ask if they can help me. Awful experience lab life..Never again.

Never received my product, and have received no reply after emailing, and using their online form on their website for the last couple of months. Has this company gone bust but still taking people's money? Luckily I applied for a refund via my bank's dispute process. Definitely do not buy any product from here.

I bought 2 Sets of Fortus toothbrushes from Ideal World in Nov 2025, when it came to replace the brushheads only Lab Life can supply them. Ordered 2 replacement brushheads on the 10 May with the £5 next day delivery still waiting for them it is now the 6th July.
After numerous emails and phone calls and messages hve not had any response from them it is almost like we do not exist, have been intouch with Ideal World but all they are interested in is selling the tooth brush.
How a Company like Ideal world can keep trading with Lab Life is beyond me, it makes me mad that the 2 sisters sit in their studio grinning like chesire cats when they are behaving like scammers and stealing customers money whom have paid for their replacement brushheads without receiving them.
How do the Lab Life sisters Charlotte and Lauren sleep at night.
To round it up the Tooth brushes I bought from Ideal World are now useless, to sum up it has cost me nearly £100 for something we cannot use so well done Ideal World and Lab and Life.

AVOID THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS !!!!! Take your money order does not arrive they answer one email with bullshit and then every email after that bounces and that's it !! Well I have bank involved you won't take my money !!!

Avoid this company like the plague. They take your money and run, dont send you there products and never answer your inquiries. Vey unhappy customer.

Ordered heads for toothbrush on 25th April and they still haven't arrived. No reply to messages, order still just shows as "ordered". DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You might as well set it on fire.

I purchased the fortus toothbrush heads on the 9/05/2026 paid for next day delivery and have still not received them I have sent emails with no response this company is a total disgrace I don’t understand how they are still in business with their shocking service please avoid at all costs

How can you both show your faces on ideal world? Non existent customer service no reply to emails when a customer emails you to tell you something is faulty atleast have the decency to reply .shame on you both .And you talk about lifetime warranty I don't think anybody will need it .Read your reviews and see how many of is have bought once .Never again. Bought an electric razor from them the foil head broke within 6 months sent them an email as still under warranty didn’t even nave the courtesy to send a reply so much for guaranteed for life rubbish company

Shockingly bad service from this company.

I initially ordered the sonic toothbrush from Ideal World which came with two replacement toothbrush heads.
The presenter on Ideal World said that they no longer stock the replacement heads and all we had to do was order direct from LabLife.

I ordered replacement heads on the 8th April 2026 and paid for next day delivery.

It is now the 14th of May and I have no toothbrush heads nor any response from the myriad of emails and Instagram direct messages that I have sent to LabLife.
It renders the sonic toothbrush useless as generic replacement heads do not fit.

It is a shockingly poor attitude to customer service from this company and I highly recommend that you do not purchase from them either through IW or direct. I have now started a chargeback with my bank and will steer well clear of this company in the future.

And if anybody from Ideal World should be reading this you really need to check yourself as to why you continue to sell this company’s products - as reading through these Trust Pilot reviews suggests I am not alone.

Update: opened a chargeback with my bank - who have been impeccable. Lab life, however have had the audacity to challenge it. I still have no correspondence or product from them. I shall wait and see what transpires.

I would avoid this company like the plague. No reply to emails, return or customer service. Returned my order but wouldn’t give me my money back. Complete scammers

I have ALOT of Lablife beauty Devices...
Each one I love, gives results...
Have had a tiny issue with 1 device & LABLIFE sorted it immediately.
I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend the devices & products I've used.

I have emailed 5 times now about the status of an order I placed around 17 days ago and have absolutely no response from their support email address. This is no kind of support. I want my money back but have had no response top that request either. The service provided by Lablife is dreadful and non existent. Would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to think again. I have purchased the ‘Lab life Beauty’ Power Pad of which has been a considerable purchase, I bought this product in good faith through a company I have purchased from for quite some time and trusted this company TJC
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control one of which was my health !
I missed the time line of 15 days to return to this company and unfortunately had not used the Power Pad, however on trying it there was a fault and that being the connector to the product would not stay connected at all and therefore totally unfit for purpose.
I have endeavoured like many to register and re- register this product and also make contact in every way possible and have not received any response at all from ‘Lab Life Beauty’ .
I have not had a favourable response from TJC also, as neither company wants to take responsibility
TJC are on the whole a good company and I await their response of which I am hoping will be a positive one
MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY FROM LAB LIFE BEAUTY !

Stupidly purchased x 3 of the Fortus toothbrushes from Ideal World.
Then needed replacement heads within a week as all cracked or the bristles in one fell off during second use.
Ideal World do not have them in stock so went on Lab Life website.
Bought 2 sets of replacement heads and you have to pay £5 extra for next day shipping it is the only option.
a week later still nothing has arrived.
Emailed twice and no response.
I have never opened a chargeback before and have had to resolve to doing this as the company have no respect for their customers whatsoever.
This is in no way a review of Ideal World. They sold the original toothbrushes. This is purely a review of Lab Life and their lack of care for their customers.
I feel like going to Trading Standards as I have 3 products under 30 days old which are now useless.
Absolute disgrace.

I cannot give no star so picked one. I ordered the replacement toothbrush head Feb 1st, paid the £5 next day delivery, as of the 23rd the items had still not arrived. I sent emails but no reply, I even reached out to Ideal World to see if they could contact them, but as I brought direct from Lab Life they could not help. In the end I contact my credit card company who raised a dispute claim with them, by the end of the week the heads had been delivered, no apology or explanation. As of Monday the 2nd they have not replied to the dispute claim. I think Ideal World should be careful being associated with this company. I will never buy from them again. All these reviews say the same thing. We can't all be wrong. Something is not right.
