These guys have horrible customer service when you run into billing issues, essentially you'll be talking to an AI chatbot and you'll get ignored when trying to escalate to a human. If you're lucky to get on a good project with a great team you can actually make pretty good money on this platform, but if you have any billing issue's you're "cooked". Good as a temporary job but keep your eyes open for something else
I got fast-tracked for a really exciting project, completed my identity verification checks and got my account deactivated without the chance of reinstatement all within the same 5 minutes.
They are a SCAM company for hiring people to work for them for free.
I was added to their workforce and started doing the work. I spent 2 days with little sleep to get the incentive; however, on the 3rd day, there was an error in the system, and everyone could not work. The 4th day said the same error. On the 5th day, which was the designated end date of the project, I was told in the morning that I was removed from the project due to my high rework rate. I recorded my working performance and hours every day, and there were only 5 tasks to rework out of 155 I have done. They even said that even if you are removed, but would still be paid if it were found that there was no cheating. Everything speaks with no evidence. Such a horrible company disrespects human effort. They are doing so to 1000+ other contractors.
STAY AWAY from bad company like this.
I think this could work really well, but....
I have been on the platform for a long time but I'm not getting work. When I question this I'm told to wait for reviews or assignments. So I've done hours of training, but when I ask when my time will be worth something, I'm told to wait. Even if I ask to speak to human agents the answers are abrupt, copied ad pasted and then conversations are ended.
and yet they advertise jobs that I qualify for.
How much longer must I spend time checking in, doing training etc before you make it worth my effort?
