I placed an order in November with order number 6273. It has never arrived and they haven’t even responded to my refund requests. This was clearly a scam.

Fraud. Have spent £64 6 weeks later still no response or order how do we get this website taken down?!

I have received my boxes today, I ordered them on the 28th November, the company is total radio silence but I was able to track my items up until they reached Heathrow airport using 17TRACK from there I had no way of tracking them and the company didn’t respond once I reached out, a week later and they’ve just turned up! The boxes have been a bit damaged, the packaging was literally 1 layer of bubble wrap but they are legit labubus and overall apart from the stress of thinking I had been scammed I have my items and they are in okay condition.

Scam, no delivery from order on 5th November. They communicate at first then radio silence. Have started dispute with my bank

FRAUDULENT, SCAM SITE that needs taken down. No item received and no response to emails.

I ordered an item four weeks ago. Paid in full and it was implied I could track my order. I have emailed three times due to non delivery. No replies at all. There isn’t any way of tracking the order. It’s a total scam. Stay clear and save your money for companies that are legitimate.

This is a scam site not received my order they answer your first email then ignore you I contacted my bank and have got my money back but this Internet site should be closed down its totally disgusting what they do to people something should be done

Total scam, after a month a still haven't received anything. Customer service does reply, but I've received 2 different tracking numbers, both witch are "in transit"...

Complete scam. No correspondence after submitting order, no response to web form submissions or emails. Credit card charge back initiated.

I wouldn't even give it one star, but zero stars isn't an option. Ordered and paid and 11th November, chased several times since and no response to my email and i've used the website to send a message. Still nothing received either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Still waiting on a tracking number for an order I placed weeks ago. Several emails later and still no reply. Avoid purchasing from this website! Likely a scam website

I think this shop is likely a scam.
Order placed on the 10th November, as per shop t&cs it should have been processed with a tracking number provided within 48hours which never happened. Now on the 20th November with no further updates, 2 emails sent and no reply!
Should be delivered within 8-12 working days, which I think is now highly unlikely.
Stay away!!!

Lengthy wait for products that travelled overseas. On arrival boxes were partially opened and crushed.
When I complained about the inadequate packaging for such a delicate product with overseas shipment they thought it was ok to send me this in such conditions. It is meant to be a surprise box, not one that’s particularly opened and crushed. I ordered 2 Labubus both came in the same package and condition wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and polythene. Rubbish service and these were meant to be gifts! No compensation or refund offered. Order at your peril!
