I had a good experience with everything other than the time it took to get my purchased items. It was a bit longer than I’d liked but I like the products from here and I usually don’t mind the wait. So 4/5 star rating!

Restocking fee
Customer service answered my inquiry quickly, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I missed the disclosure about a 20% restocking fee after 21 days. I bought my nephew a set of scrubs for Christmas and, given the shipping delays discussed in the news, I ordered early. Silly me. Scrubs did not fit, I paid shipping to and from AND a 20% restocking fee.

The quality was amazing
The quality was amazing. They helped me personalize the lab coat on both sides. They helped me with an extra logo - they got back to me instantly each time I emailed. I was beyond happy with my order and with their service and the speed in which I received the merchandise in!
