bad customer support
I just saw your response down below. You not only refused to refund me for an order that was never received, but you also accused me of doing this before. This will not go unnoticed, and please be prepared to provide proof of what you are claiming???

Hello Njiri,
We're sorry that you are upset about the shipping cost. We do not charge to ship you a new size, but we (like all other medical uniform companies) do charge for return shipping because medical uniforms are not a high ticket, high margin product. Medical uniform companies could not afford to absorb shipping cost. If you want a new size, it would have been shipped to you as no shipping cost.

We're sorry that you are not happy with our customer service. Can you please tell us what it is that you are upset with. We shipped your package out to you and you emailed us that you did not receive it. We of course have no control over the USPS or stolen packages.

Hi Ivan,
We are sorry for the delay, but your order shipped to you with custom embroidery 5 days after you ordered it which is considered quite fast in the industry. Since you are in Australia, the shipping is taking more time than usual due to the pandemic. Of course we have no control over shipping. It looks like it finally cleared customs on the 6th, so you should receive the order shortly.

I needed to find lab coats suitable for different sized people. The person I spoke with was very helpful in recommending, for one especially small person, a different brand than for the others. The fits were all just right.

We are sorry to hear about the disappointment. We did send you an email regarding the back ordered scrub set, but we were unaware at the time, that we were having email issues. The scrub set is on back order until August 10. Did you want to exchange the scrub top for another size?
