Firstly, I found the website by chance, searching for my pan .The price of the de buyer pan was competitive, I liked the fact the delivery was free, sometimes the delivery can vary greatly on some websites,which can bump the price up. I liked the website as well, clearly showing the details of the items. The item was very well packed with a big thanks for the purchase, giving personal touch and care to the item bought.

I brought 2 lovely Dutch ovens from Lacbleu. They arrived in about 36 hours of being ordered. They were packed wonderfully and even thought they are ceramic, they arrived unscathed. Great products& I would recommend to Friends & Family.

Having already purchased one from Emile Henry in Burgundy many years ago, we were looking for a matching second for an alternative oil. Thanks to Lacbleu UK and their prompt delivery we now have two.

Excellent customer service from Oliver when a gift I had ordered for my husband's birthday was misdelivered to the completely wrong address, same house number, but a local street some distance away. the houseowner kindly contacted the address on the package and Oliver made sure to let me know where the parcel was.
Good secure packaging, and the gift will be sure to delight - a fine jigsaw of the Wines of Spain.

Very informative website made ordering simple and the care that went into packing the two fragile ceramic products that I bought was excellent. They arrived in perfect condition and very quickly so are already in use making wonderful home made French baguettes and rolls !
