I have been gambling for 40yrs and this is the first I have been banned from using promotions. About 2mths ago I noticed they've ad bonus bets for 2nd and 3rd on all races on Saturday in MEL and SYD. So I started placing all my bets with Ladbrokes using the promotion. BU SEEMS THEY OFFER THESE BUT DONT WANT YOU TO USE THEM. So I used them. Still managed to lose $1,000 in the 2mths BUT they informed me I am banned from promotions. How the hell does that work. They are making money but still banned me.
I withdrew all funds and closed account. And will tell everyone I know who bets to not use them.
Totally stupid on their part. Make money out of me but ban me.

why does this mob take up to 4 days to process a withdrawal??. bet365 is instant into you bank, sportsbet, same day, seems to me that they dont process over the weekend but all others do, DO BETTER LADBROKES!

Went on their website to place a bet on Count Binface. In order to do this I needed to sign up and was offered a $50 bonus if I deposited $50... so I went ahead. Once signed up and the $50 had been deposited the bet was not available. All that was available was football and racing. A total scam to suck you in. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and the account and my personal info to be deleted. They cut me off before this was confirmed. Avoid these sharks. They should be shut-down. Total scammers.

Amazing they can take my money instantly but it takes 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed. A charge back will be initiated if the cash is not received in the next few days.

I would like to make special mention of how fantastic Alex and Juliet were as ambassadors for Ladbrokes on Saturday at the Gatton Cup day.
They worked tirelessly promoting the travel voucher competition to the raceday punters and even let their meals go cold so all punters were well informed about the competition.
Juliet and Alex sat at our table and were big fun all day.
When we were leaving Juliet went to the trouble of asking the Lockyer Valley Turf Club if we could take home the floral arrangement which they kindly agreed to.
Juliet then came to my fiance Lisa, who I had proposed to earlier in the day by naming the first race and said "Lisa ive checked, you can take the flowers home, its your day, why not put them in a Ladbrokes stubby holder and put them in your house which we did.
Juliets act of kindness on a day of lovely occurrences made it even more special for us.
Thank you to Juliet and Alex for helping Lisa and I make a memorable day more special.

Well on Saturday afternoon I used the New APP. WORST THING I EVER DID!
It started OK, then it was the Slowest Betting App, I have ever used! Very annoying because I missed putting on my Bets. It kept on crashing!!! I am Not Happy 😒

I opened an account with Ladbrokes under my legal name, matching my Australian passport, and made a deposit of $250. After placing legitimate bets, my account balance grew to $2,089.85, including winnings. When I requested a withdrawal, I was shocked to find my account closed, and my winnings voided, with no clear explanation.

Ladbrokes claimed I breached their Terms and Conditions due to having multiple accounts, but I only created one account, and any previous account was closed years ago at my request. There was no violation on my part.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how my situation was handled and am now seeking a full refund of my balance. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Northern Territory Racing Commission (NTRC) and pursue all available legal avenues. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I would caution others before trusting Ladbrokes with their funds.

Would recommend to check gamble nuget first... Dont play here they dont care about players.. Only because they are big this doesnt mean they care about you!! I hear from many players that didnt got their cashout!!

too any punter that understands odds that are overs Ladbrokes are the worst by a country mile.if your winning they told me that i was manipulating the prices because in my opinion they were way overs that they were betting.soon as you win they limit your bets i have had a good run on the trots especially place betting and first fours.i have been betting with Sports Bet and the Tab for years and have won more and no problem. This is a totally untrustworthy business, banned my account for no reason, and freeze my money. No customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was new to betting (and now will never bet again!) and when I phoned up to ask a question about a bet I had placed, I had my phone on loudspeaker. They heard my husband in the background, neither of us being told phones were not to be placed on speaker. There is no alert telling callers that loud speaker is not to be used. They immediately red flagged me, basically treated me like a criminal, and refuse to pay out the money in my account whilst locking me out for good. Clearly they have been trained to take every opportunity possible to drain accounts. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my life, and cannot speak lower of this company! Perhaps being new better I didn't know the rules etc. but to be spoken to like a criminal and in such a disrespectful manner is just appalling for any company. BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANY in my opinion!!
