They have debited from my account and I never bought anything ???
My card had to he locked down and I had to muck around getting a new one

I don’t even have an experience to rate as I was debited from my account for never have made any purchases from them. I just stayed and saw a debit from my account coming from their website, I was shocked and i emailed them, hopefully will get a reply from them soon and my refund.

Not worth 1 star considering i never ordered but yet they hit my account with charges.
Funny as soon as i left a bad review on Rosa for their horrible jeans i had charges for this company. JOKE is on you because my bank caught it. From reviews their product is just as worthless as Rosa

Don't waste your money, poor materials, sizes run small. I bought two outfits from them, can't use any. One is not as described, the other too small.

They are based in China, they will do everything not to refund you.

WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY! I wanted to order another dress that I could wear for my wedding. The picture of the dress was really nice. When I opened the package a bunch of gold glitter fell all over my bed and floor. The dress was really hard and course and it was gold instead of silver like in the picture. It did not look anything like the picture on their site. I immediately emailed them and told them what happened. They told me to send photos after going back and forth they said I could not get my money back but could exchange it for something else or give me a $5 coupon What a coupon. Then I told them I was going to give them a bad review which I did but they begged me not to by offering me a 20% refund. I told them why would I want to take a chance and get screwed over again. Thank God for PayPal. I put in my request for a refund sent pictures and received a full refund. The last conversation with them was they wanted to give me a 30% refund I never responded and threw the dress in the trash. I was not going to give that horrible dress to anyone. I even asked for an address to return it to and they never gave one. So all I can say is Buyer Beware!!!

They are a scam, clothes are awful, the picture is far from the product when seen physical, they will never respond to your claims and refuse give you a refund. Please be careful with this seller. Wicked company

I ordered from Lady-wears a pair a pants, shirt, and a dress. I plugged in my address and for some reason the system must have auto applied the wrong address. Weeks went by I didn’t get my shipment. I reached out to Lady- wears and they said I would have to reach out to the post office. I reached out to the US post office and they advised they return the package due to address doesn’t exist. I emailed Lady-wear and they said they haven’t received the package and that I signed off on it already and showed me what state the package was signed off. Completely the wrong state when I advised my right address. They refuse me a refund or the goods.
This place is a scam and don’t buy from them.

I ordered a dress frm here as I opened the package the glitter was falling off the dress and it wasn't even the one that I ordered they send me a cheap style one when I emailed them to as for a refund they said they don't refund and tryed to off me a £5 coupon I told them to keep it this company is just taking peoples money and not sending them the right order Scam business first and last time ordereding .

The shipping was delayed with several days, but at least I was informed about it in email. As soon as I received the dress, I noticed the glitters were falling off from dress, cheap material was used for the dress, the dress was not sized by advertised measurements, I didn't even want to try it on. I expected sequins instead of cheap glitters glued on a curtain like material. The glitters made a mess on my floor just opening the package. I contacted them immediately and tried to arrange a return and refund, but they were not willing to offer one claiming the fallen glitters were not their fault. Don't order anything from them! Scam business, fake advertising! This was one my worst buying experience ever.

Please don’t buy anything. I ordered a beautiful dress but received very bad one. No stitches on the bottom or ends, glitter falling down, not my size. I placed 2 orders. I tried to cancel the second order, even they didn’t send it and it was not ready they still charged me 30%. Is it even legal? Please don’t repeat my mistakes. Fake pictures. Super upset.

Worst buying experience ever. I spent around $400 and the quality is all the same. My floor was full of glitter from trying on the dresses. The dresses are full of glitter, instead of sequin. The dresses do not fit. They are tiny. The material being used feels like it material for curtains. Very cheap. The response I received was that they do not do refunds. Do not waste your time buying from this company. Nothing looks the same as the photos. Might as well buy on Amazon, where you can return for free.

Ladies, I CAN NOT stress this enough, please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Made a purchase back in January, went off the measurements and prefer to order two dresses to see which of them I would like the most. After receiving them neither of the dresses fit in the manner according to sizing, send a email requesting to return and order a different dress in the largest size, and was totally given a completed run around. The customer service suck and did absolutely nothing to make the matter any better. I would not recommend them to NO ONE, straight scam, with no real solution!!!!!! Be very aware!!!

Purchased a jacket for a friend around Black Friday 2023, and my money was stolen! No merchandise was ever received. My Google bell never recorded package delivery, the post office wouldn’t credit me because I never purchased shipping insurance (it was NEVER offered by Ladywearrs btw), and USPS Informed Delivery NEVER had record of the package mail coming to my home! The customer service email correspondence language was in Japanese and not Chinese, which other reviews with complaints mentioned, and last, I later found out that the item on their website was a fake image of a Rick Owen’s jacket from an unrelated retail website. I reported Ladywearrs to The Federal Trades Commission (or FTC), which is where such complaints should go for ‘merchant scammers.’

They stole this image from another website and tried to duplicate it. This is not the dress you will receive. It looks very cheap. It looks more like something you would get from party city for a costume or for a child to play dress up in. THIS IS NOT THE SAME DRESS YOU WILL RECEIVE. And they don’t give refunds for any reason. So you will be stuck with it. DO NOT BUY THIS DRESS. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My money was taken by Ladywearss and they won't give it back. Ladywearss informed me by email on March 6, 2024, at 22:09 that my order would be delayed. I replied by inquiring about the order delay since I needed my dress for a photo shoot. They stated "The products take about two week to prepare and usually it also takes about a week for the items to reach you. At present, your products are still in preparation." I informed them that I need to cancel the order and ask for a refund of my money. They stated "At this stage, If you still insist on canceling the order based on your circumstances, we will proceed with the refund after deducting a 15% processing fee. It may be presumptuous, but we kindly ask you to reconsider." Due to the delay in the order, I declined the 15% and requested a full refund. Then I received another email stating "Unfortunately, the following items you purchased is out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the out-of-stock items and we'd like to refund you with a coupon valued at 1.2 times the actual product amount." What is the truth? Is the product currently delayed or out of stock? That's an excessive number of lies. I urge you to refund my money and improve your customer service skills. BE CAREFUL with this Company
