Took a while to get to me but to be fair there was a 3 day storm and no matter what it would have took 4 days for the item to get to me in perfect weather so 7 days is the very least amount of time it would have took to get to me it took about 2 weeks to get a ring sizer and it was a little pricey but out of reliability I give them 5 stars

These ppl keep you in the loop on your purchase my ring was absolutely stunning and fit perfectly I highly recommend them.

I ordered a rush job and over night shipping and the ring came in within 2 weeks. I can’t say it will happen every time, but I am pleased with my experience. I wish there were more updates along the way of the production process.

My experience with Lahela was great! They were responsive and helpful during the whole process. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 was because of a small mistake of providing the incorrect tracking information. I did have to reach out but they were very quick to apologize and point me in the right direction. I would like to suggest to the Lahela team, if possible, to send the tracking number before the delivery, because my item was already delivered before I was given my tracking number. My advice is to do your research before making your decision, especially with more expensive purchases. But Lahela is a good service and does get the job done.

First, I swear none of this is paid for or requested by Lahela. Also, I never review anything, but my experience with them was genuinely so amazing, that I want others to know that this is the place to go. Here are the plethora of reasons that my experience with them was so amazing, in somewhat of a chronological order. First off, their designs are so beautiful. I saw one design that I thought “my girlfriend would like this, but I wish it was a little different.” And there’s just so many different designs, that precisely, I found a similar one that was perfect. Then, there’s so many customizations for the main gemstone color, size, the accent stone colors, the actual band color and material, etc.. I was also looking at different websites like CustomMade because I wanted a really pretty looking ring, but everywhere I went, the prices were ridiculously high. Here, I couldn’t believe I was getting something so amazing for such an affordable and reasonable price. Also, they respond *so* quickly. I’m a night owl so I was emailing near midnight whenever I had a question (I had so many, because I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was legit because it seemed so good to be true), and that didn’t matter. They always responded quickly and they were *so* kind and helpful and super intuitive. It’s like they’d answer your current question and your next question before you could even ask it. So, after saving up and ordering my girlfriend’s ring, I expected it to take quite a while because of the estimated times they had, and I didn’t pay for any of the rush services because I was trying to save any money I could so I could put it towards a bigger gem size. Despite that, it arrived like a week earlier than the fastest estimate possible. And only like a week or week and a half after purchasing, I was emailed a picture of the finished ring to make sure it was all good. So, finally, once it arrived, it was very safely packaged. The outside was a cardboard box, inside was a velvet box with a microfiber cloth and thank you note, and then inside that velvet box was another small velvet box which was where the ring was actually held, and they had the engagement ring separated from the wedding ring (because I ordered the 2 piece set) and both inside of little ziploc bags. They did such a great job of protecting it that I was even like “woah let me grab gloves first to take it out and see it better.” Anyway, the design was super amazing, it was just like the picture if not better, moissanite is *crazy* shinier in person than in photos, and overall the ring was just perfect. So, from step A to step Z, my experience with Lahela Jewelry was amazing. The customer service, the honesty, the quality, the price, the speed, everything about them is great. I recommend *so* *so* *so* strongly that you get your ring here.

I do not have experience with them, however, i can see they are pretty jewelry, I gues they are specializing in custom, handcrafted engagement and meaningful jewelry pieces with nature-inspired designs.

Lahela Jewelery is 100% legit. They have been the most helpful and interactive supporters of creating my girlfriend’s dream ring. If you are unsure of Lahela because of its relatively new presence, trust me that it’s LEGIT!!!

They emailed me consistently through the process for updates and to verify it looked correct before sending it.
