Negative one would be a better rating. I placed an expedited order on 5/19/2025. I have emailed them twice since then. Second outreach was on 10/7/2025! NO reply whatsoever, VERY disappointed!! Do not order from them, lest you’re eager to be robbed.

They're not honest shipping takes forever while they're still charging you for shipping separately.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. I placed an order on June 30,2025. La Herb would not return my calls. Their inbox was always full. I tried over and over again to contact them. Finally, I had to go through my bank, and my bank had to go through their bank. Today, my money was credited to my account with interest. La Herb? This was my order number:LA2515603

They never sent my order out, they won't respond to emails or calls and I'm now disputing charges with my bank. Please shut this site down.

Placed an order July 17, 2025. End of August, sent them an email inquiring about my order. An automated response said they would contact me within 3-4 business days at the latest. Never heard back from them, never received my order.

I placed an order for seeds on August 20th. By September 1st, it had not shipped yet. I emailed them asking why tracking info was not provided. They told me my order would be "arriving later this week." Their exact words. I emailed the next day when it still hadn't arrived and suddenly I was told it hadn't shipped. "Your order shows in processing and tracking should update tonight or tomorrow." Very odd thing to say. Do not order from this scam company

These are scammers. They take your money and you hear nothing back and do not get what you order. I have reached out again via email and still no response. They do not have a telephone number either. The States Attorney needs to look into this business. There's more than enough of us complaining about the same thing. I would just like my money back at this point. This Cayenne Pepper below is what I ordered on July 11. When I didn't get it, I sent an email on July 28. It has been a month, and they still have not responded.

Absolutely scam site. Ordered some mugwort powder and fresh mugwort back in April, and haven't hear back from them since. There was no tracking update or explanations why my order hadn't been processed. Tried contacting them twice through email but never got a response. Filed a complaint to BBB, and got a feedback that they couldn't get a hold of the business owner either. Never got a refund from them. Don't trust them.

Schlubby dishonest people. I ordered one lb. Poppy seeds about one month later I still hadn't rec'd the order.
It wasn't much,the order was under $20.00. I emailed twice and got b.s.form response. "We've been experiencing high volume give us a few day's to respond ", blah,blah. I never heard directly from anyone.
So, I canceled the order. I did get a response, "your order has been canceled " But! No refund followed! I'm reporting these fools to the Better Business Bureau.
One way or another I'll get my money back from this transaction. Thise Incompetent chumps will not cheat m e and get away Clean. They will pay!

The plumeria I ordered smells bad. Like horribly bad. Not healthy at all. I did not use it after opening it due to believing it had gone bad.

Really clean good product with a great price

Purchase process was good and simple. Shipping was rapid and well packaged.
Seeds smell and look high quality, some have planted. If I remember I will leave a review describing how well they grow. Everything has been good thus far, just hoping they grow.
One good sign, however, is that these are the first seeds I've purchased that actually smell like poppy flower.
