Mohammed and his team really go the extra mile to make your move seamless and stress free. After collecting a piece of market place furniture with Mohammed, I felt 100% confident to send him to inspect and collect a second item on my behalf. He was highly attentive and sent me a video of the item pointing out any defect so that I could discuss it with the seller before transferring the money. He kept me informed throughout and once on the road, sent me his live location so that I could track his journey to me. During the move, he noticed that the legs of the sideboard were slightly loose so he tightened them with an Allen key before turning it upright again and delivering it to my flat. As there was an issue with the lift, he and his colleague even carried it up to the third floor. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and makes moving a dream 😊
If you are looking for a prime time slot on an evening or weekend, make sure you secure it promptly though - they do go very fast!

Honestly the most amazing experience ever!

This was my first time using Laid Back Removals and from start to finish, Mohammed took care of everything, making my move completely laidback and stress-free.

I contacted them a week before my move date and I was able to secure a moving slot. They provided a clear, upfront quote - no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises.

The morning of the move, Mohammed notified me with an ETA and their live location. From the moment Mohammed arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He greeted me warmly, instantly making me feel comfortable, and took full control of the move with incredible professionalism. He carefully organised all my boxes, setting aside fragile items to be loaded last, ensuring everything was handled with care.

I didn’t have to lift a single thing. He insisted I sit back, relax, and even have some water while he took care of everything. The loading process was quick yet meticulous, and before I knew it, everything was safely packed in the van.
