Terrible customer service for a supposedly luxury brand.

My confirmed order was canceled because of Valmont’s own technical issue. I was then made to waste time troubleshooting and reordering, only to be told the promotional gifts from my original order were suddenly unavailable.

I wasn’t asking for anything extra and just what was already confirmed. Once Valmont canceled my order, the original offer disappeared too.

After reading reviews online, im pretty sure they do this "trick" all the time.

Luxury products mean very little when the customer service is this poor.

I have met Helen when I used to live in NYC. I have had great experience with Valmont product and continue to use it. Now that I move out of state, she ships product to me. Always beautifully packed, with care, nothing broken. Great product and great, knowledgeble stuff and if if you live in NYC, go shop in the store. Great vibe!

Ho mandato più di 4 email per fare il reso del vestito che ho comprato e riprenderlo nella taglia giusta e ancora ad oggi non mi hanno risposto.
Sto mandando solleciti continui e non so come fare.
La loro assistenza clienti lascia assolutamente desiderare, vergognoso.

The cosmetics I buy from this website are non-shipping and non-refundable for six months. I have been sending emails to the website but have not received any reply. I cannot contact the staff. It is a website with a very bad shopping experience👎

Approfittando della promozione Black Friday del sito, ho fatto due ordini sul sito: per il primo ordine mi risultava che il pagamento non era andato a buon fine, quindi ne ho fatto un altro. Però dopo, mi sono arrivate notifiche di due transazioni dalla mia banca. Ho lasciato dei messaggi usando il modulo sul sito e ho provato a mandare un'email per annullare l'ordine, e finora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Lo status degli ordini è sempre "in processo" dal 24 novembre. Chissà quando mi arriveranno?! Da 20 anni utilizzo l'Internet per fare acquisti, questa volta è definitivamente la pessima esperienza che abbia mai avuto.

Aggiornamento: Mi hanno risposto poco dopo questa recensione. Ho ricevuto un rimborso degli ordini annullati, ed oggi mi è arrivato anche un pacchetto regalo. Spero che migliorerà il loro servizio clienti.
