A MUST for beer lovers!
Where to even begin? My wife and I had a lovely time touring the Belgian countryside with Patrick. We loved learning about the history of the Pajottenland and meeting so many interesting people - Patrick's local connections certainly set this tour apart! It was nice to be able to relax and let him take care of the planning while also adapting to suit our tastes.
For example, when we mentioned that we enjoyed seeing the process of brewing, he was able to arrange on the fly for a private tour with one of the brewers at Timmermans! Patrick's knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious, and after only a few hours together it was like we had known each other for years.
In an age when so many experiences have become commercialized (especially around beer), Lambic Tours is a true family affair. Our day out with Patrick was special, and we'll cherish those memories forever. We're already planning our return trip to Belgium to say hello!
