Very happy with my latest Lambton & Jackson smoked salmon order. The website is very easy to select the salmon and complete the purchase. In addition, selecting the delivery date is very helpful.
The taste is out of this world good - I like a stronger smoked salmon and the Malvern salt hit the spot! Two bits of feedback are I went with a 400g - which came as one pack and I should have gone... Voir plus
The smoked salmon has a superb flavour. I'm very impressed by the Maldon Cure. Unfortunately, you've lost a star by squashing 400g into a condensed lump with too many layers that tend to shred when te... Voir plus

Delicious smoked salmon and more!
Delicious smoked goodies - I had the Malden Deep Smoked Salmon, smoked eel and smoked cod roe. All a big hit with family over the Christmas season. Plus customer service was excellent. This was my second time ordering with L &J - will definitely reorder again.

Amazing smoked salmon.
Amazing smoked salmon.
I have been buying a side of L&J's double smoked salmon for the last few years at Christmas. The quality is amazing (so so much better than supermarket), a true artisanal product, excellent value for money and a great crowd pleaser for your guests.

Very special
The smoked salmon and trout was absolutely delicious. Cut quite thick so it had some bite to it and so flavourful. Best I’ve ever eaten.

Good quality and very smokey
Ordered the smoked salmon trimmings. Delivery was on time and hassle free. I've previously ordered slices and the quality is faultless. However with the trimmings be aware that the pieces can be a bit stringy and fibrous so it's only really good for adding into hot recipes so that the toughness of the pieces melts away. The smoke flavour is very intense. Almost bonfire like in strength so you can tell its been properly smoked and not synthetic.
