Personalised jewellery box

The jewelry box I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition, the team sent an email with a preview of the model for me to approve beforehand, so I had final say on all the details I wanted.
It's very spacious and so cute, I find it adorable and I'm 100% satisfied with my experience, highly recommended!

Didn’t receive my personalised pjs for…

Didn’t receive my personalised pjs for daughters in laws birthday ordered them on 31st December 28th Jan had to get Etsy to step in excuse after excuse Royal Mail lost first pair although no tracking !! Second pair I got a message after two weeks from Royal Mail on supposed 48 hr tracking that it was being held in local depot as the sender didn’t pay the shipping fee so that’s what your up against it’s still lying there they are to be avoided at all costs don’t answer messages for days then just excuses awful service

Although I have now received a full refund I do feel this was only due to this review and I was politely asked to reconsider my review by Sarah
I do stand by what I originally wrote but as I have now received a full refund I have updated my star rating but I really should not have had to go down this route to get my refund word of advice to Sarah please up you customer service experience you make some beautiful products and I'm sure most people are very satisfied but the lack of communication let's your business down thank you for my refund

Purchased a leather belt for my husband in May 2025 by November it started to fall apart contacted this company they offered a refund todate no refund now they don't even answer my messages avoid at all cost Esty are not interested either

Dont be fooled by the ETSY reviews. They are made up of individuals who actually received their goods. You can only leave a review once you have received the item.

They lack customer service skills, rude in their replies and provide no information on your request. Avoid them at all cost.

No stars if I could. AVOID!

So glad I found this shops trustpilot page. As I purchased on Etsy and was worried I wouldn’t have the chance to warn others.
Avoid this shop! My order was never delivered. No tracking available. Customer service ignored me, despite so many emails. Eventually I had to go through Etsy to get a refund. Etsy were fantastic.
The shop then suddenly contacted me to claim they’ve had to cancel my order as lost in transit. Absolute lies the refund was already forced by Etsy. The seller did this to avoid me being able to leave a bad review on their shop.
I have since reported this to Etsy as it is against their code of conduct.
Avoid them! I’m sure they have terrible reviews if they weren’t liars.

Avoid at all cost. Toxic.

Avoid at all costs unless you want a headache and to waste your time chasing the business to either be gaslit or ignored.

I ordered a personalised jumper for my daughter for Christmas, as my daughter has a long name I doubled checked over the whole advert twice to make sure there was nothing about a character limit ( as there sometimes is on personalised stuff). Once happy there wasn't I placed my order. I then screenshot my order to send to my sister and show her. Thank god i'd screenshot it all.
Later that night I received a message from Sarah the business owner. To let me know that due to my daughter name length there would be extra charges and did I want to shorten her name (literally wtf?!) or pay and they would invoice me. I replied telling them I had double checked the advert and there was no where on it which stated a limit on characters or extra cost for more. Had it been mentioned I would of added it into the budget. I then asked if they could direct me to where on the listing it said this and if I had managed to miss it I would of paid, however if it was not on the original listing I would cancel my order as I feel like this is hidden costs and should be clearly advertised and it was usually found on the personalisation area ( silly me told them where to put it🙄)
Shocker no reply. A few days later I then opened a case on Etsy. Once I opened the case a few hours later Sarah the business owner replied to the case stating Lamoriea had replied on the original message thread and not the case. They then marked the etsy case as closed and the item refunded 🤯
I went back to the original message thread and low and behold there was a message sent to me AFTER I opened the case... The message included a screenshot which had been cropped to the just the personalisation box showing the limit and extra charges. However 'as a gesture of goodwill they will waive the fee for me on this occasion' and if I was happy to continue. I agreed to continue with the order but sent them back my own screenshot from the night I ordered clearly showing this information lacking. Upon checking they have altered the advert for orders going forward and just tried to gaslight me into thinking it was aways there.

Anyway I left it at this and waited for my order. I then received a notification that the order had been dispatched and was due 26th-28th November. No tracking details provided. I then contacted them on 30th November to let them know the item hadn't arrived and could I please have a tracking number to locate it.... Suprise my message was ignored. I then sent a further message on 1st December... Not so much as a surprise now, but message ignored again! I left this 24 hours and have now opened a case with Etsy who refunded me within 10 minutes of my case being open.

Literally such a horrendous business, with the worst customer service. Gas lighter Lynn was my favourite, although a very close second was definitely Sarah who clearly prides herself on work avoidance, money grabbing and employing employees who share the same values. Hats off Sarah and Lynn.

I bought a customised jewellery box with name in green for a birthday present. It was perfect. My daughter in law loved it. It was good quality, beautifully wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box. It looked as the photograph showed it.Thank you

AWFUL customer service.

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and I ordered a personalised newborn jumper with Lamoriea via Etsy.

The jumper arrived within a week or so and it was lovely. Such beautiful quality and it was exactly what I was after, however, I wasn't happy with the personalised lettering that was on the jumper.

One of the letters looked like a different letter and even some family members picked up on this. I got in touch with Lamoriea to explain that I wasn't happy and offered to send the jumper back to be altered.

It took a few days for Sarah/Alice at Lamoriea to respond to me. I finally got a response and Sarah kindly offered to issue out a new jumper FOC and correct the issue. I was so grateful and took Sarah up on the offer however I still offered to return the original jumper but Sarah declined this offer.

After thanking Sarah on her generosity I sent a few messages that following week asking for an update on the new jumper/ any tracking info and I had no response.
I was growing more and more suspicious as to why I was being ignored, around 6 days passed and I messaged again to say if I didn't get a response within 24 hours I'd raise the concern via 'Etsy help'. Again I had no reply, so I raised this with Etsy and they advised Lamoriea they had 24 hours to give an update/send proof of postage else Etsy would step in issue a refund etc on their behalf.

Lo and behold, I receive an update the following day, telling me that Lamoriea were cancelling my replacement jumper, immediately after, an email came through notifying me full refund has been issued. After feeling confused and frustrated I tried to message again via Etsy to find out what the issue was, it wouldn't let me as it said Lamoriea had blocked me.

I don't quite understand what happened and why Lamoriea felt the need to block me. The lack of communication and customer service was very, very poor and I couldn't help but feel frustrated as to why this issue couldn't have been resolved.

Due to being blocked and my order cancelled and refunded I am unable to leave a review via Etsy.

Have these people gone bust

Have these people gone bust? Made an order on Sunday. Money taken from my card on Monday, but no order acknowledgement received. Preview of product promised within 48 hours. None received. Email sent on Wednesday. No answer within the promised 24 hours. Further message sent via their website. Now Friday and still no reply. Only telephone number given is an American number - nothing for UK. Feel that I've been had!
