I purchased a Colmi Pro 8 Smartwatch online from this company at the end of January. Sadly the watch has stopped working and I cannot contact anyone from this company to resolve the issue.
I have had to go through Paypal and hopefully I may get some help and/or advice.

Excellent response time, had a couple of issues with delivery but it was dealt with very quickly and the item was exactly as stated in the discription, all in all excellent customer service and would definitely recommend to other buyers, thank u 👍🏻

This order was for my partner as a Christmas gift that didn’t arrive on time and package did take some time to arrive.

The watch itself is inaccurate, looks good, but doesn’t measure your calories after a workout, though it states on the advertisement it monitors your heart rate, fitness, calories count which should measure your calories burnt?
Messages don’t always come through.
The time changes automatically to GMT time.

Total rubbish watch not worth a fiver never mind £50

I bought bluetooth earbuds just before Xmas. They were unfortunately lost in transit. After a bit of a faff [not Lancandons fault] I received a replacement.
