Paid $25k for a broken AI Tenant Scam. Won my bank dispute 100%. Receipts below.

If you are looking into buying this "turnkey business opportunity," stop right now and read this. I paid them $25,000 for what was promised to be a high-tech, custom AI legal platform. Instead, they handed me a cheap, broken setup built on a standard marketing tool (GoHighLevel) that is actively dangerous to use.
Here is exactly what happened and the evidence that proved they failed:
Evidence 1: The AI hallucinates fake laws. This is the biggest red flag. The software doesn't have a real legal database backend; it just guesses. During testing, it literally generated Arizona court codes for a user based in Florida. In eviction defense, giving a tenant a document with fake laws will get them evicted immediately and get the business owner sued for practicing law without a license.
Evidence 2: Missing features & stall tactics. They missed their implementation deadlines constantly and didn't even deliver multiple core features that were explicitly promised in the contract. They try to drag out the onboarding process as long as possible so you run past your bank's dispute deadline.
Evidence 3: They tried to pass the buck. When I caught the glitch and confronted them, they told me on a voicemail to just "switch the engine to Claude myself." They wanted me to do the engineering work on a product I just paid them $25,000 to deliver.
The Outcome:
When they couldn't fix the software, they panicked and tried to manually send me a partial $10,000 refund to get me to drop my case. I refused to back down. I handed my complete technical paper trail over to Chase Bank, and the bank ruled 100% in my favor, clawing back the entire $25,000 package.
They are selling a broken fantasy to make a quick buck upfront. Save your capital and do not trust their slick sales calls. They cannot deliver what they promise.
