Do NOT USE THIS SITE!

Tried to steal £120 from me.
I have never had such terrible 'customer service' if you can even call it that. For starters the matter of dispute is very distressing and I am taking it further. The agent Holly, was the worst agent I have ever dealt with in relation to orders and returns. Not only was the communication not prompt enough to match the severity of the situation, but Holly has given incorrect information multiple times. Alongside that, the insinuation that I am a liar and a thief is not something I take lightly.
Her 'customer service' is not up to standard at all.
Even when providing proof of posting of the three items they still claim that only one was sent.
If I could rate this I would not even give it a star as the atrocious manner of how this has been dealt with has just been unappalling and not worth a star rating.
They lied multiple times saying I had only sent one shirt back, even when I had proof I sent three they still refused to help me and shut off communication.
I am reporting them to standards for this whole situation.

Double VAT charged

I ordered from the Czech Republic and was charged VAT at checkout. Due to a missing IOSS number in the customs declaration, Czech customs charged me VAT again — plus a handling fee. I contacted LN Store support, explained the situation, and within a few hours I got issued a full refund without any hassle. Amazing and fast customer service — they even refunded more than I asked for. Highly recommend reaching out to their support if you face the same issue!

Nice clothes

I oreordered in December (his world championship collection), and got the batch that was sent out in February. The clothes is good quality but big in size :)

Pre ordered the lando silverstone…

Pre ordered the lando silverstone helmet in July 2025. Order was confirmed on the 4th December. Since then there has been no updates. Contacted customer services several time the time the did reply I just get told they will pass this on to the warehouse house to check but then I never hear anything else. Asked for a refund and again no reply received. Looking at all the other comments I would avoid any pre orders from this store.

This customer service was awful

This customer service was awful. Preordered the helmet for delivery, wasn’t notified that customs would be charged. While this would have been fine, and while the local delivery service also takes some blame for being awful to deal with too, when we contacted the customer service we received blasé replies that essentially kicked the problem down the can. Well now it’s been sent back to the UK, we ask for them to resend it somewhere else but we’re given a refund and can’t purchase the preordered item anymore. Avoid at all costs if you can and if you NEED lando merch, look elsewhere.

Major scam (order #LN149316)

My order submitted a month ago, haven't received any news and the tracking no longer updates for the past 2 weeks. Hope I'll get refunded because honestly, I no longer want what I purchased.

Product sizing charts are inaccurate. Based this order off of a previous purchase with this company where I had a similar incident, and both times they told me too bad it's your fault as a consumer and wanted to charge me $40+ to send it back.

I emaild the company and told them the following: "the XL jersey that I previously [ordered] measured at 56.5cm and was listed on your website as 65cm. while the 2025 jersey that is an XXL measured at 70.5cm and was listed on your website as 68cm. These inaccurate sizing charts and production has led to a defective product that does not meet the sizing provided by the company."

They responded with the following:
"Thanks for getting back in touch, I can see that the dark jersey you received is the correct size as per the size guide on our size guide, I do apologise for any disappointment caused by this, please do note that our items do differ in size so we'd always recommend checking the size guide when ordering."

These are just scammers!
I made an order on August 11 - they gave me a fake tracking number that didn't work. After my letters, they re-registered my order, said that they apologize and will send it immediately and with faster delivery. I waited another week, and on Monday, September 1, they wrote that my order was sent by regular post... and gave me a tracking number... WHICH AGAIN TURNS OUT TO BE FAKE!! AS A RESULT - NO 700 EUR AND NO ORDER!!! SCAMMERS AND LIARS...

Preordered months ago - due to receive 18-22nd August. Tracking says ready to ship on 22nd. Customer service said would be posted on 29th Aug at latest due to delays! Now still not shipped, no emails, customer service ignored my last 3 emails! Charges me £60! No item! No correspondence?! Worst company I’ve ever bought from. Do not touch!!!

My order just came and it's amazing, quality is good, the delivery was fast considering I'm not in the UK and i preordered the shirt, packaging could be a bit better but it's all good, definetely would order again

Don't waste your money.

Purchased a few items from the LN store for my daughter for xmas. The jumper arrived with a black stain on the front. In order to get a replacement i had to pay postage to have the jumper returned. After they informed me of that i chose a refund instead. Postage from Australia back to the LN store cost me $47. Im out of pocket $47 for a jumper that arrived with a stain on it. We won't be purchasing from the store again.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Poor quality, over priced rubbish. Received an item with marks on the printing and already bobbled - and had to pay return postage, against consumer rights!

Preorder back in April still not sent out

So far I am a bit disappointed with the store . I preordered the Japanese gp helmet back in April as it said it would be available for a birthday present,months later I still don't have it and the deliver date keeps extending, they did refund us a fiver for the inconvenience but i had to buy another birthday present with it not arriving on time ,and no reply to any of my emails so far. Seems that it's a bit of a poor show from the customer service department

Takes days for them to reply to emails and the actual returns process is ridiculously slow, also cost her nearly £10 to return. Royal Mail tracking shows items delivered back to store a week ago and still no refund or response to email!

Not happy to pay extra customs

I had ordered two T-shirst from the online store with the trust that what was written on website is true, the price you see is what you get, no extra custom taxes if you order from a country outside UK. I also requested both T-shirts to be sent in one package.

The reality was not this, I had to pay extra customs and handling fees at the country of arrival and not only once but twice because the T-shirts were split in two packages.

I can say that with that extra payment I had to make, I could have gotten more than one Tshirt.

Apart from that, let's go Lando!

Lando's LN Store can't deliver.

Ordered from LN Store 4 weeks ago, they've had my money for 4 weeks and still no delivery. Contacted them twice and all they say is 'we are doing our best'. Not a good reflection on Lando Norris, maybe he could help speed things up.

Pre ordered - 3 Months later told no stock available :-(

Wow - very very disappointed ☹️

Pre ordered an item - literally the day it was available on pre order - in April!

Chased it 3 times after once being told it was due to be dispatched ‘soon’.

I’ve now been told in June ‘there isn’t enough stock to fulfil my order’ and a refund has been issued.

I actually think I may have been one of the very first people to pre order the item as it was done straight away.

Will I shop with them again? Yes - because of Lando & the merch looks awesome, but I’m hoping for a better service next time.

Come on, a ‘pre-order’….how do you not have stock to fulfil them? I was content with it taking months, as I just wanted the item.
