BES Electrical Avis 96

Booked an online exam with BES group, booked time off work, arrived early for exam, paid £174, and got booted out of the exam before it even started! Remote invigilators did not offer any technical reason for this and I was told to rebook the exam at a later date! The convenience of doing the exam at home is undermined by poor service. They would not refund my money. Avoid this online service; you are better off attending an exam centre it's much easier.

The whole process was made easy. I needed to complete the 18th wiring regulations exam, however due to personal circumstances, I couldn’t attend a training centre. BES arranged for me to do an online exam (remotely invigilated). I can’t fault the service given by Darcy.

An excellent course. The instructors, Gary and Keith, were very knowledgeable and delivered the content well; I came away satisfied that I had learnt a lot, and, as someone paying their own course fees, I felt I had received value for money. The facilities at Lantei are quite adequate and the administrative staff are pleasant and helpful; I can recommend them to anyone looking for this, or a similar, training course.

Good Course, very knowledgeable tutors who lead the class applying the regs in a practical application of day to day testing and inspection. Facilities and location were easy to access and parking was nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to take the C&G2391 Course.

I enjoyed the course; the tutor, Keith, delivered the content with a relaxed style which allowed opportunity for question and discussion, which I found very useful. I went away satisfied that I had learnt more than just what I needed to pass a test.
The facilities at Lantei were quite adequate and, overall, I felt I got value for my money; I am considering going back for further training in the future.

Booked the online 18th edition to ammendment 2 with Lantei Learning and they were Absolutely brilliant......Everybody i spoke to on the phone were great A big shout to Charlie on Reception and to Mathew Skellorn for answering all my questions and giving me a lot of help before and after the exam.....Would highly recommend anyone who wants to do training or exams to use Lantei Mark

Done the 18th edition online exam yesterday, lantei were excellent in response to emails and telephone calls.

I recently arranged an online 18th edition exam with Lantei Learning.
From my initial telephone call with a helpful and friendly lady to various emails and calls with Matthew I found Lantei Learning to be really helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the process easy, convenient and trouble free. I can't fault them in any way at all. A big "Thank You" to all at Lantei Learning!

18th Edition Course

Staff/Tutors where really helpful throughout the full course and couldn’t do enough for me. My certificate came in less than a week would definitely come back for future exams.

Lantei team made life easy for me with the option of taking exam at home, invigilators professionally done with cameras at front and back but with no unnecessary disruption. Would use again 100% thank you.

Being able to carry out the exam in the comfort of my own home was great and took a lot of pressure and stress off of myself making the exam a more enjoyable experience as much as an exam could
