I made a purchase of 4 US50 nintendo eshop cards, but 3 of 4 codes can't be reclaimed, I had already given the videos of proof that 3 codes can't be claimed at all. The customer service said that I must wait for maximum 72 hours to get responses about refunding or changing of 3 voucher codes. This is my 4th transaction here, but today condition is very terrible. I need the good responses and responsibility from server about what I had lost. I will update the review soon if the customer service give the solution as fast as possible

Update, the customer service just told me to wait more... I really think they are really untrusted and unresponsible for the situation. If they don't give back the failed transaction fund, I just hope this scammed company will get karma by having many debts or bankrupted as soon as possible

Top up abis bayar disuruh tunggu 5 menit, 15 menit, 30 menit, sampai 1 jam total. Hubungin CS yang bales bot, agentnya lama reply-nya. Ketika direply, masih disuruh tunggu karena ada lonjakan transaksi katanya. Sangat tidak praktis dan tidak recommend top up disini, lebih baik top up in game atau platform sejenis yg ketika bayar langsung masuk paketnya.
