Battery fine and replacing the old one quite easy following a good video on Youtube. No need to virtually disassemble the laptop as in iFixit. Delivery was rather stupid. Firstly the tracking called... Voir plus

Excellent customer service!
I bought a replacement laptop battery. The unit itself ultimately wasn't 100% compatible with the device - the battery management interface caused issues. The vendor was very helpful and extremely accommodating/understanding. I would happily use them again. Great service!
