What i needed
Reassuring and set up quickly
Great that you can have your computer set up for you, especially if you aren’t a tech wiz like me. I would have given 5 stars but when I purchased it it added 2 to my bag, I hadn’t noticed and purchased both. Once I realised what happened I contact them to say I only needed one set up. They did not contact me back and I ended up paying for both. So the product was great but communication and refunds don’t seem to exist if you make a mistake.

The set up has not been successful and the date and time are constantly wrong and time is not maintained when the laptop is not being used
