I had a really bad experience with this company after 3 interviews and waiting for there response they came back to me no can’t processed after sending a draft of the contract and the reason of the rejection at the final stage was like your cv and your LinkedIn doesn’t not match when I contested they said oh it not us we outsource the background check to a 3 party I was like what so messed up not professional at all.

IP transfer process was very smooth. Less hassle, Fast from lease to production routing. My whole team go live the production less than our expected timeframe.

They are by no means professional. If you plan to rent an IP address for professional or serious business purposes, you’ll deeply regret it. I’ve been forced to use them for the past 2–3 years because changing my IP address has been very difficult for me. But as you know, you don’t need much support for an IP service—you might have one or two requests a year, such as for Route Object or Name Server records. Larus can’t even handle these requests for days on end—or they get them wrong. They can even change the IP block you’ve rented and that hasn’t expired yet! Their customer service reps won’t respond to you as they please—you won’t even get a reply from them! Today I’m making another request on a different matter, but as usual, I’m not getting a response! Run away from this company as fast as you can!

We leased an IPv4 Block for our network requirements, and overall the process was fairly straightforward. So far the service stable and there have been no major issues. Quite fast.

The interviewer (CEO - Boss) was very rude during the interview. I spent many hours preparing the marketing plan presentation, but I was treated poorly throughout the session. The CEO joined the meeting more than 20 minutes late and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I answered all of the questions to the best of my ability and addressed them accordingly. However, after I finished answering, the boss left the meeting without any closing remarks, leaving only the HR representative and me. Overall, I found the interview experience to be unprofessional and disappointing.

I've been using LARUS for quite some time now, and the experience has been excellent. The network is fast, stable, and reliable, and their overall service quality has been outstanding.

What impressed me the most is their customer support. They're responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to help. On multiple occasions when we needed a small renewal extension, they were very understanding and accommodated our request, which shows they care about long-term customers rather than just taking payments.

A special thanks to Muhammad Ibrahim. He's been incredibly helpful throughout our experience. Every interaction has been smooth, friendly, and solution-oriented. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile to assist customers the way he does.

Overall, a fantastic provider with great service, great support, and a team you can trust. Highly recommended!

Started receiving spam / unsolicited WhatsApp messages & emails as soon as I registered a new ASN. Wouldn't recommend.

We leased an IP block from Larus Limited with the expectation of using it for production services. Despite fulfilling all documentation and technical requests, the IP was never properly announced by the appointed data center due to coordination failure between Larus and their upstream provider.

When we requested a refund for the unusable period, our request was rejected without any valid technical justification. The IP block was delivered only in theory – in practice, it was not routable or usable.

Customer service was slow and dismissive, with no intention to resolve the issue or compensate for the business impact.

We strongly advise anyone considering this provider to think twice and evaluate more reliable alternatives before committing. We are now migrating to IPXO and will no longer work with Larus.

They advertise low prices but once you fill in the appropriate details you'll find yourself being charged hundreds of $$.

The worst service even i see. They take back your announcements without your knowledge.
