Ella and Nicole are absolutely exceptional. I have had Tattoo Removal with Ella, Permanent Hair Removal with Nicole and I also had Botox with Gwendy.
I have been to other laser clinics in Cheltenham and got no results with my hair removal. Nobody knows more about Laser than Ella. You will not find a nicer clinic with more talented staff than this. Exceptional.
What an amazing clinic/service and what a staff! So welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and super professional. I had the teeth whitening treatment and the staff kept checking on me and ensuring I received the most appropriate system while getting superb results. Thank you so much. I cannot speak more highly of the treatment and experience I have received from Ella and her team. I have embarked on a journey of laser hair removal and tattoo removal. I’m only halfway through my treatment plan but my god the results are amazing. I’m also receiving biotin injections and my skin is looking incredible.
The clinic is warm, welcoming and clean and I’m always greeted with a warm smile and mocktail.
The whole experience so far has been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Laserase team!

Ella was incredible! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire session. She has so much knowledge about the treatments she offers and it truly shows. I had the laser hair removal and as she advertises it was completely pain free. The clinic is beautiful and Ella’s little touches really make the experience amazing! I would highly recommend!

Amazing results, wish I’d done it sooner! No longer having to book waxing appointments every few weeks. Started laser removal ready for my wedding next year! I’ve had this previously with someone else but did not see any results. Already I have noticed a huge difference and loved how everything was explained to me very clearly! Most beautiful salon I’ve ever been too as well and love the mocktails!! Would not go anywhere else
I have been having tattoo removal with Ella at LASERASE Clinic over the last year and my results are insane! My horrendously embarrassing teenage hand tattoo has now nearly completely gone after 5 sessions.
