Emily at laser clinic Hervey Bay is phenomenal at her job. My treatment was carefully done but efficient. She is a brilliant injector and I experienced little to no pain. Emily is brilliant and I will be going back just for her services.

From the moment I entered LCA in Karrinyup, the feeling I received took me aback with the attitude of the assistant.
She had zero interest in my session, going through the motion.
My appointment was 9:30, I arrived 9:27, did the required iPad info, off to the room and cleanse and hydration facial completed by 9:50. I was told if I wanted a mirror the cupboard door was open should I want to fix myself.
When I returned to reception, the girl couldn’t look up from her screen to bid me farewell- or ask would I like to return.
Get some customer service ladies, common manners really. Karrinyup store location.

They do really well with care and service, always do a good job!

George Street clinic is so truly so bad. Not sure if they intentionally hire unfriendly staff but the customer service in that joint does not exist. If you want to be made to feel like a fool for requesting the services that they offer then this is the place for you. Shop also desperately needs a face lift - it feels like a wartime bunker in there.

Emma from LCA Doncaster Westfield is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, service, customer care, and support are outstanding. I highly recommend her.

The girls in there are so nice, Kirsty especially makes my day. Such a beautiful person. Loved my service. Made sure that the setting was just right.

I’ve always been very well attended to by the girls. However, I’ve had my appointments cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute several times, which has caused significant inconvenience to my schedule and organization.
I have sent an email through the “Contact Us” section and am awaiting a response regarding compensation for these three reschedulings.

Really friendly staff, quick and efficient appt - will definitely be back!
