My experience with Laser Vision was excellent from the first consultation, to the treatment and aftercare. Everything was explained to me in a clear and concise way and the results speak for them self. I no longer need glasses and have perfect vision. Thanks to the team for providing an excellent service. Great clinic with great staff. I felt welcome from the first pre op checkup to the final one. Everyone is very friendly and professional, the surgery went very well and they are always on top of communication. I definitely would do it again in this clinic.

During two sessions I had cataracts in both eyes resolved. The whole crew were fantastic - confident, professional and friendly. Operations were quick and painless and I now have the best vision I have had in my life!

From the beginning of my first consultation last January when I met Rakesh Jayaswal (recommended by my own optician), I was moved by his consideration to go through all my questions so thoroughly and with no urgency until I was clear of all the procedures offered to me. Rakesh was extremely professional but was very kind and made you feel like each appointment was personal so you had his full attention. His vast extended knowledge of the field showed at every stage and I felt all my appointments until the surgery itself last February and even at the end and even the after care were just brilliant. Thank you so much Rakesh - I cannot express how much you have changed my life!! Would never hesitate to recommend Rakesh to anyone contemplating eye laser surgery.

I cannot recommend Mike Tappin and his team highly enough. From the start of the consultation process through to the procedure and follow-up after care appointments I was very impressed. Mike Tappin is extremely knowledgeable explaining clearly and thoroughly the options available for my sight correction. He and the team are specialists in their field and their experience totally put me at ease. Oliver was also very reassuring during the examination tests/measurements pre and post procedure. The environment at Mount Alvernia hospital was very comfortable and friendly during the appointments / check-in processes. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his team to anyone thinking of laser eye surgery.

From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed and reassured. All of the staff (from reception, to optometrists, to nursing staff, to doctors) are consummate professionals but also warm and friendly. I felt well informed and never felt coerced into making a decision. I even looked forward to appointments as Mr Brahma's sense of humour is a particular highlight, especially as it is underscored by his vast experience and quiet confidence. His fellow was also very reassuring and empathetic when I was experiencing issues with dry and uncomfortable eyes (which eventually eased). I was always made to feel that patient care was the priority, and I'm glad I went to LaserVision. After a top-op procedure, my vision is now perfect and I could not be more delighted!

Over a period of 14 months I had several consultations, check ups,cataracts removed from both eyes and laser surgery. All Laservision staff I had contact with were efficient, professional and easy to talk to. They were also more than willing to answer any questions I had.
Rakesh Jayaswal gave me the confidence to undergo the treatment as I have always been nervous about and surgery on my eyes and was very patient when I had queries. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Laservision.

The whole experience was efficient, professional and well informed. All communications from the admin team were clear and timely, and setting up my surgery was very smooth. Mr Jayaswal came highly recommended from a fellow Ophthalmologist, for his expertise and surgical skills, and he completely lived up to that. He has an excellent bedside manner, and his team are highly qualified and experts in their own fields, having been well looked after by his Optometrist, and the surgical team at the Spire. I cannot recommend Mr Jayaswal highly enough, and will definitely be back when the other eye needs attention.

Lens replacement surgery. Having my eyes corrected through lens replacement was something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. I’m so glad I chose Mr Tappin and his team at Laser vision to carry out the procedure. The whole process was well managed and I felt informed at all times. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone contemplating this procedure, I couldn’t find fault with the service, it was excellent.

I had my eyes done back in September 2021 by laser vision. It was and has been the best thing I have done in my life, for not being able to see for so many years to wake up the next day after having the laser I had 20/20 vision. Mr Brahma made me very comfortable during the treatment, my eyes were numb I felt nothing while having it done went home felt a little discomfort but was giving something to sleep and pain relief and the next day was a life changer for me. The receptionist Vicky was very helpful during the treatment and even after I knew if I had any concerns I could call straight away. I would highly recommend Laser Vision to anyone :)
