I ordered two pairs of shoes that never shipped. Noone answers the phone and emails are undeliverable. Someone has to do something about this.

Pls do not order from this company, my package wasn’t delivered at all , they’re just getting your money

Don't waste your money, theu used to be amazing but non existent now. I ordered on the 8th and nothing has been shipped, ive emailed their support team and its undeliverable now im having to go through my bank to get the money back, think they've gone into administration but no information anywhere about it

Twice they have taken money out my account and nothing sent.. order confirms sent to me but nothing. Having to now contact my bank and try get the money back!

Avoid at all costs.. it’s quite sad as they were usually so good with communication.. got a feeling they have gone into administration as they don’t answer emails and there isn’t a number to call either!

Rubbish! I ordered £20 of magnetic liner money was taken from my account but no delivery. Have emailed to chase up but no reply. They were a bit slow and erratic on previous occasions but now … nothing.
What a waste of money.

Do not order from this company! I have used Lashaura lashes for the past couple of years with no problems. Delivery was sometimes erratic, ranging from very quick to very slow - but the lashes always turned up. This time it’s different. I ordered on 1st July, everything seemed ok, got an order number and confirmation etc. However, we are now at 23rd July and nothing received. An email to Lashaura enquiring about my order has gone unanswered and bounced back as it couldn’t be delivered because the email address does not exist! Actually I have now noticed that the website is referring to “New Year, New You” and it appears the website has not been updated since New Year! I suspect this company is no longer trading, so save your money and look elsewhere for your lashes!

I’ve ordered before no problems however ordered again it’s now 13 days and still nothing. Had confirmation of my order with a link to contact them via email but was not delivered so went onto their sight to contact them it was the same link and email was undelivered again unsure how to get my money back so disappointed as the lashes are actually good. Will definately not be wasting my time ordering again. Definately not recommended

I placed an order on the 1/4/25 and have tried contacting this company since the 8/4/25 on numerous platforms and have got absolutely no response. Email sending back failure notice, so that’s not real. My advice keep away from this company as it just takes your money and you get nothing.

I ordered these lashes on the 7th Feb to wear for a party on the 14th Feb. The website says delivered to your door in 2-4 days. After 6 days I emailed to ask when I could expect them but sadly no response, as was the case with my next 2 unanswered emails. I eventually received the lashes 14 days after ordering and discovered on opening they were way too long. I thought I could return the unused item for refund but they say if you have removed the plastic film on the box they will not accept them back! How are you supposed to know what they look like without opening the box?! Terrible customer service and a waste of £25.

Terrible. Got the lightest ones and they were much fuller than advertised, looked terrible and difficult to put on. Return process for unopened packet was complicated presumably to put you off. Communication frustrating beyond belief - and the magnetic eyeliner went to solid in no time at all - when not long after getting them I gave them to someone else to try. 2 packs and £36 straight in the bin

First order never arrived but was very grateful for Emma who send me out a new order right away and got it within days. Haven't tried lashes yet but great customer service. Will post an update here once I've tried the lashes xx

I've been ordering from lashaure for a few years now I actually completely forgot about them for a while but great to have lashes again, easy lashes and better than glue. So easy once you apply the liner make sure its dry and bend the lash cause it helps it stay on for the entire day!

I recently bought a set of lashes 2 weeks ago I must say I am very impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the products. My partner says the lashes look absolutely amazing on me compared to those I bought in the past. I am happy with my purchase and will be getting more soon

Wasn't sure about these but look the chance and very happy with them. Stay on as long as I need and easier than I'd thought they would be.

Absolutely terrible service.
I had used Lash Aura for a number of years with no issues.
However things have changed drastically.
Last time I placed an order I didn’t receive my item which was meant to be 2 days shipping. I chased it up and nearly 6 weeks later with no reply to my emails, I finally receive my item in the post.
As this was the first time I had experienced an issue with them, I put it down as a one off and went ahead and ordered again nearly 2 months ago. But low and behold, no product received again!! I have sent emails multiple times with no response at all. Absolute robbery.
Please avoid this company at all costs.
I will now be reporting to my bank for a refund and to trading standards.

Terrible.
Its not as advertised, the magnetic eyelashes arent easy to put on and stick in the middle of your lashes so they look terrible and fall off.
Customer service was beyond frustrating and didn’t receive a response until weeks later. To which they informed id be receiving a confirmation stating id be refunded.
Waited weeks, to which point I just reported them via my bank and had it charged back.

DO NOT GET THEM!!! Such a waste of time and money.

I ordered a lashes with magnetic eyeliner set a few years ago but I noticed the expiry date of the eyeliner was very short like 2 months from when I purchased at full price. I wondered why they will send it that way but I did not complain. The lashes were ok and I used them but got a new liner from another brand to carry on using them. The next time I decided to order another set was last year July 2023 plus an extra set with the offer on their website. I received the items and again the eyeliners had same problem with very short expiry date. This time I contacted customer support by email and got a response and apology offering a replacement. The replacement arrived but same problem of short expiry date. I complained and requested for a refund but they have been going back and forth without resolving it. I regret ever buying from this brand because of the poor customer service. I escalated with my bank as I paid with a debit card unfortunately but this company refused and dispute my claim through the bank. Highly disappointing and it has been over a year with no refund no update. The last communication I got from them was February 2024 promising a replacement or refund which never happened. Waste of time and money even though the lashes were ok to some extent but poor experience and I will not recommend.

Item was not delivered until 6 weeks after ordering, website claims they would be despatched 2/3 after purchase. They responded to my emails 8 weeks later, which was a non caring patronising email

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Returned items with their permission to the address they stated on the email. That was 26th feb, I have tracking proof the items were delivered back. And they have not replied to me since. They won’t respond to PayPal either. I am now £50 out of pocket and emailed them over and over with no response. Avoid this company!

This company is a joke! Very unprofessional,ive sent 4 emails because i have not received my order that was nearly 4 weeks ive waited,still no reply.Quick enough to take your money not so quick sending your goods
