We should have clearly marked the item as "out of stock" from the start, not processed your order and then scrambled to find a substitute. That is unacceptable, and we take full responsibility.
We hear you loud and clear: stock transparency before purchase is not optional – it's required. We have already implemented a system-wide review of our inventory management to ensure that real-time stock levels are displayed accurately and that this situation never repeats itself.
