After placing my order, I opened the order editing screen and saw a field for entering a promo code. I assumed I could still apply my code, but it wouldn't go through.

I contacted customer service to sort it out. They agreed the field could reasonably make customers think a code can be added after checkout. Even so, they refused to apply the discount or cancel the order.

The only option they gave me was to return the item once it arrived and pay the return shipping myself.

I emailed back and forth several times and got the same scripted reply each time.

Nobody dealt with my actual concern or offered any kind of compromise, even after they admitted their website was misleading. Saying they would "pass the feedback on" felt like a way to close the conversation rather than help. I've now had to dispute the charge with my bank.

If you shop here, apply any promo code before you complete checkout. The order editing screen shows a promo code field, but it doesn't work, and customer service won't help if you get caught out.

When I went to use the mascara, the wand actually broke off. So not only has it been dismissed as outside your assessment window, but I've genuinely wasted my money on a product I couldn't even use properly.

Waste of money- caused darkness around my eyes and dry! Total scam

I put the mascara on my Christmas list and when I received it the mascara had dried up, the wand that was meant to twist was broken and the tube was plastic and poorly made. I am very disappointed that it was a scam, way too over priced would not recommend to anyone.

I received my order quickly and have been using the product for about a month. I can't comment on the efficacy of the product yet, but I had no problems with service or delivery. I do wonder how long the 3ml bottle will last and it is quite expensive for a small amount, but I have ordered a bigger bottle and will keep using and hope for good results.

I would give zero stars if I could. Have taken over $100 from me, never provided me tracking details and won’t give me a refund of my money. They won’t honour the ACCC or ACL and make you WORK to get your money back, if I ever even do. Do not order from this company, they’re completely dodgy with awful customer service.

The worst experience ever!! Parcel never came it got lost in transit and no one helped me for ages or replied to me. Asked for a refund and they said I still have to pay for shipping even though I never got a product at all??

just took the risk of buying for more expense as my eyelashes had thinned out majorly and needed fixing and i was desperate. started using and lost most of them in the first few days. don’t waste your money.

I received the growth serum mascara as a secret Santa gift (which once I unboxed it, was faulty) and they refused to refund a defected product because I didn’t have the order number, as it was a gift.
They stated that they need to “verify” this was one of their products when I sent them video and photo evidence. I had been a returning customer but would honestly advise others not waste their money.

I placed an order on the 9/11/25 for $145 worth of goods and it’s been a month and still didn’t receive it. Didn’t receive any respond. on when my delivery will arrive or where is it setting at the moment. Is this Australian product or they waiting for shipping container from China? Totally disappointed.

It is now going on two months since I placed an order and have still never received my product. I paid $75 plus shipping and they took my money. I have sent countless emails and it takes weeks to get a vague response and no resolution. This company is a scam and a sorry excuse for beauty. They should be ashamed.

I had an allergic reaction to the product to which customer service didn’t care. They treat their customers horribly purchase elsewhere!!! If you do have an allergic reaction like me, there has been no sympathy or support from their customer service and no alternative options given. You’re better off going elsewhere

Wanted to return an unopened package, which they state is allowed on their website. Sent an email right away. They don't respond for nearly 6 weeks, and then tell me that it has to be within 30 days. LOL. Terrible, misleading and downright SCAM WORTHY.

I was just browsing your page for the first time and wanted to check shopping costs after seeing a fb reel.
I didn't insert my card details, address or name anywhere, I can only presume it autofilled with shopify.
I don't know how the purchase went through but I can't cancel it from the website.
I even received emails with free shipping and a 10% discount code so ofc I wasn't planning on making a purchase without using any!
Somehow the money was taken by my actual bank account and not revolut, which I use for everything online since it's safer.
That's on shopify I presume, but the company replied to me and canceled the order! (BTW, it's a Sunday)

Terrible customer service and company does not honour money back guarantee should it not work for you.
I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get the money back guarantee processed and they have just stopped responding to all emails. I’ve even had to send the progress images requested multiple times. Will be reporting to the ACCC. Do not buy from here!

Horrible! Didn’t work at all, I’ve been consistent and have used other cheaper serums that has at least given results after 3 months.

Jeg oplevede ikke nogen form for ændring i mine øjenvipper og med deres penge tilbage garanti skrev jeg en mail som man skulle gøre med billeder osv, men fik intet svar.

Horrible service. Did not work and when I asked for my money back they stopped replying to emails. They blocked me from social media and deleted my comments trying to warn others.
