The advertising is deceptive. They add charges right at the end of transaction. You think you are getting a deal, but you pay more than you bargained for.

The charging cord charges at a snail's pace. The dual pieces come unplugged easily. The advertisement gives the consumer the false expectation of a carry case. No promise of a carry case..Just the illusion of a carry case. The cord itself is poorly designed. Would not recommend it.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The foundation that is suooose to go on white and change to match your skin tone is complete BS. It is just a greasy face cream.

Scam site!!!Beware. I ordered and within 30 mins I cancelled it because I found out it's a scam site. I have emailed over 20 times and get the same email stating it's to late to cancel because it was already shipped. How can you ship within 30 mins. They refuse to give me a refund. I probably won't get the product. They also overcharged my card. BEWARE!!!! SCAM, SCAM!

Do not trust this company. I paid almost 40 euros for a product more than 2 months ago and I did not receive it. They stopped answering to my mails two weeks ago. It's a scam

Company is a rip off. False advertising Peter Thomas Roth product but received knock off brand. Site states you can return but not to address in New York - want you to send back to China at extortionate rates. Filing claim with Better Business Bureau.

Biggest rip off of a crap product... Over charged me and when I queried it quickly did a part refund. Then shipped a product I cancelled and the tracking was ridiculous. Apparently delivered but tracking never updated. Disputed with paypal for a refund but apparently it has been delivered.... No refund given

Its a SCAM, don't give them your credit card.
They advertise in AUD, then charge in USD.
Its a bullsh!t site based in China
The tracking number they send is made up.
The Shipping company doesn't exist.
Nothing is real, accept for them taking your money and you receive nothing.
If you made the mistake like me, had a lapse in judgement and gave them your credit card, immediately cancel your card and raise a dispute with your bank. Your bank may just refund you the money if you catch this in time.

When I looked up the address it came from on Google maps, it showed a crack house in Chicago.

I thought the last largely site was a scam. After reading the positive and negative reviews I am solidly convinced that it is definitely a scam. When one reads the positive reviews the reviewer ( in the majority of cases) never state what they have purchased. They just start leaving comments like “ the lamp was magical or it was magnificently packaged.” No one cares about some friggin packaging. The negative reviews say that they ship from China, Never send the product, and won’t refund full amount, send packages that are empty then ask the customer to take a picture of the product, and charge 5 times more than what the customer bargained for. I’m so glad that I did not buy the Peter Thomas Roth product from them.

I ordered Peter Thomas Roth instant firm eye on August 14. I received the package today and realized that it was not what I ordered. It is West Month eye cream. A waste of $50. Buyers beware!!!

I recently purchased Peter Thomas Roth Eye cream and was sent a product called West Month. The products does not work. They offered to refund $9 of the $87 of product I ordered. If you want to return the product it must be sent to China at an exorbitant cost at about half of the $87 I spend. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE WORKING TO RIP YOU OFF. WHEN SOMETHING IS ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK BEWARE>

Thomas Ross product and then they send you some other crap that has nothing to do with it. And then they offer four dollars US as an inconvenience compensation! What a joke!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! BEWARE!! This site advertised Peter Thomas Roth Eye Cream but delivered an unknown completely different brand which does not work even slightly. I’ve since read articles that this site is notorious for this plus using people’s data. These people should not be trading. DON’T BUY IT WHATEVER YOU DO. When I emailed them, they replied that what they shipped was correct but they could compensate me $2USD.

Ordered an eye cream advertised as a Peter Tomas Roth product from Instagram. Ad also led me to believe it was being shipped within the USA. Product was NOT PTR, was half the amount advertised in the ad. Attempting to contact seller (with a Chinese name using amazon.ses email) for a refund. Will start dispute with PayPal if no response. Be leery of the temporary eye-tightener product and this company.
