I have met more than enough for the requirements for a contact request once I put a request in it's been a week now on her profile it says in progress on my side it shows nothing in progress. I tried contacting customer service and never get a response also she is willing to give me her contact info.

This is a Scam, Exploitative, and Deceptive Site
I subscribed to Latidate.com for a few months and was disgusted with their dishonest, unethical, and invasive scam activities. Though I took appropriate steps to close my account a couple of months back, the agents at the site and the support team lied that “it would take a week” to close the account. A month later, I found that my account was still open, and many ladies were writing me! Obviously, Latidate.com was unscrupulously enticing female members to write to me without disclosing that my account was closed. Clearly , this is illegal exploitation of unwary members by deliberately refusing to close exiting members’ accounts. Essentially, Latidate.com is a scam site that exploits members during use of the site (stealing fees by double charging and refusing to refund the duplicate charge; accelerating consumption of paid credits that strangely disappear; invasively mutilating submitted messages, pictures, videos, and letters, and making false promises to cheat and mislead as I have experienced first-hand. Potential users are therefore warned to avoid this scam outfit (and their sister dating sites such as okamour.com, nikadate.com, sofiadate.com, sakuradate.com.).

They steal your credits even when you’re not chatting. Most of the women there seem artificial not real with true intentions. One of them send me nudes videos not matching the profile’s description. It is a scam and all they want is your money which ruins the whole experience of online dating. For shame!

Prior to writing my last negative review of this site I had asked them to delete my account, they asked me why and I told them. And still, they have not deleted my account so again today I pressed the delete account button and I get a return message asking what we can do to make you not delete your account. What can we make better? They ask so I told them that there was nothing they could do just delete my account as I have requested again stay away from this site. It will do nothing but drain you financially fortunately, I caught on in time and didn’t lose too much.

It's OnlyFans masquerading as a dating site.
I have had some wonderful conversations that I would like to move off this site but the request contact information process requires you to wait 15 days of continuous communication with a woman and then purchase 5500 credits, well north of $2500, to make a request. Then they require an international marriage broker form and your drivers license or passport so their anonymous legal department can verify you before they might give you access to the woman you are speaking to. There is not way to verify them or their legal department so you are giving them your money and personal data with no safe guards. You spend and spend just to chat with the women who are more than happy to send you explicit images without their faces. Can you say AI generated. Total scam

I had high hopes for this site, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. **Nearly every message I received felt AI-generated, robotic, and insincere.** Honestly, it’s like talking to bots or scripted employees rather than real people.
All the profiles seem fake—none felt authentic or genuine.** It became obvious that the site is run internally, and those “users” you’re chatting with are just staff or automated systems pretending to be real people.
Connecting with anyone is made impossible.** The site strictly blocks any attempt to exchange contact details, whether it’s a phone number or an email, from either side. **How are users supposed to meet or have a real conversation if we can’t share any information?** After several failed attempts to connect, I realized the whole thing is a setup.
