Awful online experience
Awful online experience , probably the worst to date. Just as many before have said, take your money, no product arrives and then no refund materialises. It’s taken me 3 months to get my money back & only then when I resorted to opening a case with PayPal. They talk up a good story but definitely do not deliver on it! Do yourself a favour, scroll on & buy from somewhere else. And Latzio if you’re reading this, maybe it’s time to admit, you’re in over your head, over commiting , under performing and it’s all a bit of a sham. After all you wouldn’t want to be seen to be deliberately misleading your customers, now would you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. ordered an item of furniture and waited over a month... still no item delivered just terrible delay excuses from customer service. I then asked for a refund & was told 7-10 working days... yet again no refund and some more terrible excuses from CS about glitches on there system. So I emailed them to tell them I was raising a dispute through my bank provider to actually get my refund back. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had buying online these guys are crooks if I could rate less than 1* I would.

Avoid this company
Ordered light from Latzio which was delivered a week later than expected. The light wasn't suitable so contacted customer services to return the light. A courier was arranged and was delivered back on the 28th March, however didn't hear anything back. I contacted them on the 5th April and they confirmed item had been returned and to wait 10 days for a refund. Over 10 days later I contacted customer services to chase the refund and didn't receive any communication back. I had to contact Amex in the end to raise a charge back again them which was closed in my favour. Avoid this company at all costs, reading reviews I'm not the only person this has happened to.

I’ve contacted Latzio several times…
I’ve contacted Latzio several times regarding my product, which I ordered early March, and it’s still not arrived.
I’ve since asked for a refund, but this has yet to be actioned.
It’s understandable there are delays, but it’s getting ridiculous now

Please do not buy from these and get scammed,the amazing thing is they are still advertising the exact bean bag I bought 8 weeks ago that has not shown up.I spoke to customer service via email that's told me don't worry there confident it should turn up😂😂 I bloody hope so I've paid for it.It seems to me there basically stealing your money or getting paid then ordering the items,which is a terrible buisness model.Fortunately I bought one from John Lewis same price and if this one Dosent show up I'll just get a refund from PayPal.

Only good at taking money upfront, avoid!!
Placed an order in early March for some outdoor lights, money taken straight away, went way past delivery estimate with no contact from Latzio Living, after chasing, stuck on a boat, but coming soon, then arrived but damaged but if you wait even longer 10% discount. Then requested refund, no contact, chased, problem with our finance system, now just no response at all and no refund.
25/05/22 response from Latzio Living on order no #000061911 would suggest they have more than one customer where they have not supplied the goods and then failed to issue a refund, as they struggle to identify them. Latzio Living you don’t answer customer service emails and your telephone line goes straight to an answering machine. Just issue refunds where you have not supplied goods, simple!
