What a company..what fabulous customer care I received.
I received an order to find that there was an item missing..although the form inside stated it was there.
I contacted Laundry B..they were so sorry and so helpful.
They solved the problem there and then immediately..I didn't have to chase them.
Other companies should take a look how a business should be ran.
Plus the style the cost of the garments unreal.

Very disappointed in the last couple of times ordering from LaundryB. Their sizing is not accurate. Also the way they package their items is unprofessional. A piece of tiny ribbon makes it look messy! They use to be so on trend and packaging was beautifully done!
Too many of the same item in different colours and not enough stock or replenished stock to keep up with demand! Had to return items yet again! The plus is they refund you quickly. Please have an area on your website for your customers to have a say in what they are looking for in clothing..you would be onto a winner here and profit well.

I love this company. From the live launches and styling tips every day on Facebook to the wonderful customer services (thank you Tina!) if there’s any little query. The clothes are mostly one size from an 8 to a 20+ and once you get to know your own style, it’s easy to look fabulous. Recent purchases of mine have been the Bowie skirt & very funky sweater, the gorgeous quality Charli honeycomb sweater, three scarves, Shelby trousers and lots of summer linens. Many other companies try to copy them but Jo and the girls are without imitation. 🥰

The last 5yrs has been enlightening, exciting, totally changed my outlook on what's in my wardrobe and what I wear.
To be able to go out and be wearing L.B clothing, that's true to size, great quality and styling comfortable and be unique. I always get admiring looks gasps where did you get that!!! Love that Jo and her fabulous team do all the hard work! I just choose from the many choices and click and purchase. No more tracking round the stores, looking for that item not in the colour or size . Delivered to your door, ready to go!! The support recieved from the team,friendly help at the end of the phone. No problem not solved or resolved , always end with a happy friendly chat.
So I always look forward to what I can add to my wardrobe and what Jo has in store for US NEXT.

I buy most of my clothing from laundryb. Love their clothes/service/lives. They never fail to produce. The team are fantastic. Well done for all your inspiration/hard work/great variety of clothing . Tuning into a live is like doing yoga - a great mood lifter! The only problem is my bank manager is a bit grumpy!

Finding Laundryb has been amazing, having worked in a high end boutique, I have an appreciation for high end quality fabrics & something a little different, Laundryb have all of this & the live shows are just fantastic as you can see how the garments fit & look, brilliant as I am not someone to just randomly orders without trying on, up until now I have been very disappointed with on line retail, but these guys are just the best!

I have been wearing Laudrey b for a couple of years, i have always loved the fit and have a wardrobe full. I recently lost 5 and half stone, and have gone from a 22 to a 14/16 and have not needed to buy any new clothes on my weight loss journey, everything has fitted and looked fantastic all the way through and still does. This company is amazing from the quality of their clothes, fantastic right on trend styles and colours to their amazing customer service. Their social media live streams to introduce and help you style there new collections, in which you can chat with them and have all your questions answered, are second to none. Jo and all the girls are warm and friendly, they make you feel like your part of a community, and with their online Friends of Laudrey b page you can interact with each other. Just the best clothing retailer ever.

I found Laundry B many years ago when they had a shop in Chiswick. I was a fan! Once they closed down I have started to shop on line. Really enjoy the quality of all clothes Made in Italian. I buy most of my summer dresses here as well as other interesting bohemian style pieces!

Another fab purchase from Laundry B. I recently made another purchase which was the Soft Tech sweatshirt in black with the Scamp pants in ecru leapord print.

Excellent clothes and really good quality fabrics

I have bought quite a bit from LaundryB and have been delighted with everything. From the Sia TerryB pants in beetroot, to the burgundy Sunday Morning sweat and beautiful scarfs in Cherry and Chocolate. My latest arrival was a beautiful chocolate leisure top - so soft and comfy.

Being a lady on the larger side it is such a delight to have options on beautiful clothes in bigger sizes.

This was not my first time ordering. So that speaks for itself really. The website is easy to use, delivery is amazingly quick and the garments are so well made. I adore the multi sizing as I can change size from one week to the next. This means no more uncomfortable garments digging into my skin. Shame you don’t make bras/bralets 💖💖
