Horrible! Run! Don’t even try to purchase anything from them. I purchased a dress and ten minutes later I asked for refund based on their website you can get a full refund within 24 hours. They replied back 30 minutes later saying that the dress was shipped and can’t issue a refund. How is that possible, I just made the order? Then I got the dress and it was low quality. I immediately requested a refund and they replied back saying that the tag must be on the dress to be returned. Well, guess what? No tag. They knew I wanted to return it, so they took the tag off or never put a tag on before they shipped it to me. Don’t recommend. They are shady.

I purchased a pair of suede type flats and was so disappointed when they arrived. The shoes sent were nothing similar to the ones in the advertising. They were made of very thin rubber material. The shoes in the add had nice thick soles and were narrow. Shoes that arrived were very wide and sloppy, made of inferior materials and will barely stay on my feet.
When I asked for instructions for returning the shoes, I decided to not spend any more money with this company. Gave shoes to ugm and made "note to self"

They're a Chinese manufacturer pretending to be a US based company. I never received my order. Instead they stole my credit card details and attempted some fraudulent charges. I had to block and replace my credit card. When I enquired about my order, they sent some "flowery" messages with apologies and working on it. When I pressed on the fact I wanted a proof of shipment, they mentioned I could get a refund. Then I got another "flowery" nonsense message saying they were actively working on cancelling my order and refunding me, I demanded a refund the same day. They never responded to that. I'm out of pocket, never received my order, and had my credit card details stolen on top of this and fraudulent charges attempted. They're a massive SCAM!

This is a joke right!! I received some garbage pants and I should have checked this company first!! Impossible to print dumb form and where is customer service??? Guess I have been scammed out of $95’s and a cost to return to China The return address was Jamaica NY on package

Paid for a jumper in March . It hadn’t arrived in April so asked where it was. Said they were looking into it. Wrote again and was told it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and a month later still no refund.

I tried to return a shirt and after much screwing around with them (2 mos) I finally got a return address to mail back. The joke was on me, It woud have cost $35 to ship it back! More than the shirt cost. Mark another one up for Pintrest.

Wasnt planning to keep the zip hoodie but now I reach for it constantly. It just feels right and thats hard to explain really.

I wasnt even excited when I ordered it but the fit ended up being really nice. Relaxed without looking messy and the hood actually behaves. Now it’s part of my evenings whether I plan it or not.

The sweater is nothing like the picture! Poor quality. Asked for them to tell me how to get a refund and return the product and they won’t respond. Tried 3 times
