I never got my refund
I never got my refund, after asking many times. It keeps getting delayed, and the customer service absolutely horrible. The numbers never work and the email response time is at least a few days. I am still yet to recieve my money back. I strongly advise against ever buying from this website.
Don't order from them
Don't order from them. You can't reach them about your order or any query. you will not receive any update regarding your order. you might not even recieve your order. It's not like their prices are low we are paying so much and zero reply from them. Worst Customer Service ever.
Worst customer service
For exchanges, there is no way you can reach them, the mobile number on contact us doesn't answer, every few days, they keep sending their promotional WA texts, but not responding to mail or call, or even whatsapp.
Unresponsive and Ridiculously irresponsible!
These people are real cheats. Before ordering, we knew they take time to deliver products, as it was listed in their shipping policy that delivery takes 12-20 days. We placed an order with them on the 7th of October, and according to their policy, the maximum expected delivery date would 27th of October. We emailed them but received no reply. We called them several times, but they either cut the calls or switched off their phones. They have a WhatsApp contact on their website, but they never reply or even read the messages. No tracking ID has been shared with us via email or in the order details on their website.
The product we ordered is expensive, and we have already paid for it. After sending multiple emails, we finally received a very generic, auto-generated reply 17 days after the order was placed. It only stated that delivery takes 12-20 days. Now, they have shamelessly updated their shipping policy to extend the delivery time from 12-20 days to 12-30 days, leaving us with nothing to complain about within the original timeframe. Today is the 28th day, and still, we have no genuine response or tracking/shipping details. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a brand.
No reply on mails, calls, msgs
They don't reply on mails, calls, msgs and the delivery time is too long.
Its a total shutdown from their side after you place order.
Very low professional behavior, no tracking link nothing.
It's just that you have to wait for a month or more without any updated for your product.
I had the worst purchasing experience…
I had the worst purchasing experience from LavanyaTheLabel. I ordered two dresses. One dress color looked dull different from the image and video and others had the manufacturing defect. I raised the concern but they were so stubborn to accept their mistake and denied to refund my amount. I parceled both the dresses on my own cost but not consideration. In addition, as per their so called policy they even dint provide credit score. Can believe such unprofessionalism.
