Law & Moore Avis 

I placed an order in December 2020, which unfortunately got lost in the post. I contacted Law & Moore in the hopes that it may have been returned to them. Martin liaised back and forth with me on the matter and the customer service was exceptional. The issue was resolved promptly and professionally and the products received were also great quality. I will 100% order from Law & Moore again!

For me It's a one star. I ordered a poster and a mug as a Christmas gift. Since we're living in a pandemic and that I ordered it two weeks before Christmas (I live in Portugal), I thought that would arrive in late December or even in January. But on December 24th only the poster was delievered. I sent an e-mail on the same day asking for the mug and after 5 minutes someone answered me saying that the mug was on production and it would be delievered soon. It's January 28th, I sent an e-mail a few days ago and no one answered me asking what's going on beacuse I got the product. I don't know where the mug is or if I can get my money back.

Really good quality products at a fair price. Clever designs and great customer service. Very prompt response whenI sent a query about my recent order which was quickly resolved. (And entirely my fault!)

Ordered 2 prints and coasters for gifts, me being a little impatient mailed Martin and he responded quickly and kept me up to date. Covid caused delays with part of my order, but well worth the wait. That said the order was completed in 2 weeks, I know I am impatient! When gifted I will get pictures and post. Superb quality at what I consider a great price for a “Framed” print. Thanks Martin

I order two prints, i found them of high quality and design; due to shipping in Italy, with delays in tracking communication by ‘Poste Italiane’, I wrote more than a mail asking some news, and i received an OVER 5 STARS assistance. Highly recommended!

Ordered a phone case and 12 movie coasters back in September for Christmas presents and put them away somewhere safe. I realised that I had actually received only 6 coasters on Sunday of this week when I came to wrap the presents so I sent a quick email to Law & Moore to inform them not expecting to get any joy as it was my fault that I didn’t check my order properly. I got a quick response to say would I like a refund or would I like the missing goods sending out. I asked for the missing goods to be sent out not expecting them to be delivered until the new year but to my delight they have arrived today. Christmas has been saved!! I’d just like to say thankyou to Martin for arranging it all for me. The products are of an incredibly high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends 😀

Good quality products and great delivery service.

Ordered 1 item, paid for 1st class delivery with the website stating 3-6 days to ship.

11 days later no item, no update. Emailed to ask for one and was sent a generic email saying it could be 10 - 14 days because of social distancing and I could cancel the order.

Appreciate social distancing could lead to delays but why quote 3-6 days in the 1st place then, it's been that way for months.

A birthday gift that is now late is apparently in the post, the update I had to chase them for is to late for me to order a replacement gift.

Disappointed.

Would give more stars if I could! We ordered 12 film & TV prints, all arrived as promised, carefully packaged to prevent damage and they look absolutely awesome!! So glad we found them.

I recently purchased three prints from Law and Moore and I was blown away with the quality of the print and design. If like me, you’re umming and ahhing about making a purchase, don’t. You’ll be so pleased you did. Although one of the poster wasn’t what I ordered, the correct poster was sent out with no problem at all, and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I will definitely be back next year to purchase more. Highly recommended!

Law and Moore have displayed excellent customer service throughout my last order. I stupidly mistyped the house number in the delivery address, but Martin went over and above to ensure the item was re sent to me in time for Christmas. Something he had no obligation to do and for which I am extremely grateful. The product I ordered was an A1 framed Blade Runner poster for my husband. When I took it out of the box to take a look at before I wrapped it, I honestly have to say it is fantastic. The image is superb, the quality is outstanding and it looks great in its frame. Can’t wait to hang it and add more to the collection! Thank you to Martin for your excellent customer service and of course, your fantastic products. I would order again from Law and Moore in a heartbeat.

The packaging was safe. Noting damaged.

There were some miscommunications and problems with the delivery by Royal Mail. But Martin Law did come true. Thank you.

Arrived on time, but never received the order confirmation or one to confirm shipping. When emailing the support team. they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Product has arrived, but wasn’t packaged well. The box is really bent up and broken, needed to be bubble wrapped really.
