Poor customer service. And very expensive.

Does an excellent job in mowing my lawn and all the edges. Also removes all the weeds and excess leaves. Lawn Love has an excellent system of communication. They contact you by e-mail regarding their visit or any rescheduling and they use a credit card to charge me the fee to have the work done. I also like the fact that the fees are reasonable whereas some companies tend to overcharge.

He did the way I wanted.

The fact that they are always on time and if there is a change in the time, I am notified.

Mario is great. He shows up, does the work and goes. Like he was on autopilot

I was desperately looking for a lawn service. I am very vision impaired so it is difficult to cut grass. I reached out to Lawn love, they responded in a timely manner. I hired someone to cut my grass and it has been a great service. The gentleman that cuts my grass is very polite, does a fantastic job, thorough and very tidy. I would recommend this service, 100 percent.

Clean,fast affordable service. Good American folks that understand the rigorous labor of a hard day's work. The equipment to mow a lawn is expensive, up to 2000 for auto systems, with no one to install. Many people cannot medically endure heat

Lawn Love sent Cory out to handle my yard and he did excellent work — front and back both look great. Clean, even, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in it. Scheduling was easy and the whole thing was hassle-free. Highly recommend, and ask for Cory if you can.

It's easy to set up or change appointments online. They show up, do the work rapidly but thoroughly, and that's it until next time. It's great value for me.

Overall, Lawn, love is a great business. The problem that I have is the first person who cut my lawn, who was doing an outstanding job for whatever reason was changed to a person who appeared to not only not care, but made a complete wreck of my front lawn that’s the only problem I have other than that. Everything was great.

While the work done was very good, I had three different people/pros for three mows. The lack of continuity of professionals is the reason for the three stars. I don’t have time to walk my property with different pros every two weeks.
