Stop switching my lawn pro
My lawn pro, Hamzah, did a great job on my lawn. However, I do not like how Lawn Love repeatedly changes my lawn pros throughout the season. That’s why I’m leaving a 4 star rating instead of 5. Do better, Lawn Love.

I have had 3 different pros assigned to…
I have had 3 different pros assigned to me in a month. The second pro was supposed to come 3/31 and they simply didn't show up. It took 2 days to get a replacement. The replacement, Lawn Doctor, is excellent. They respond to my messages and my yard looks absolutely beautiful.
I have had several disappointing conversations with customer service. They talk and talk but say nothing. They are no help.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with your company. The only reason I haven't canceled your service is because I adore my current pro, Lawn Doctor. I want them to continue for me for the rest of the summer.

Three pros in a month, a no-show, and two days to get a replacement, that's not okay, and the customer service experience you described on top of that made it worse. We hear you. Lawn Love is the best!
I love my lawn coordinator, Broderick! He is professional, friendly, and so efficient. He has mowed for me three times now and trimmed our bushes. He does exceptional work. Highly recommend Lawn Love. I like having one person to be in charge of our lawn. It's great!

Excellent and Professional service from Scott and Son.
Whenever he comes out to cut the lawn everything is done quickly and efficiently. He comes out on the day scheduled, something I've had trouble with in the past. I appreciate this kind of professionalism. When finished, the lawn always look great and everything is neat and tidy. I'm older now and have to pay for some things I used to be able to do myself and it's important to me that I get my money's worth. I do with his excellent service.

Great Service - Great Price
For the past year my work has assigned me to a position outside the country. I need to find a lawn service to keep the yard looked sharp. I came across Lawn Love - it seemed to fir the bill and the price was competitive. I thought I would try it - at least once. The Crew that was assigned has done a first-rate job. The show up on time - clean up afterwards. Perfect.
