The last mowing/trimming job was handled quite well, but my experience otherwise has been abysmal. Overall, to this point, I give Lawn Starter a two-star rating, at best.

Service was quick, clean and looks great.

John did a great job, would recommend

He was efficient, polite and on time. He completed the job within the given timeframe.

Dependable quality service.

This is my first experience with a large company and an ap. I needed lawn service asap and LawnStarter came through.
I can change my service, and i pay as i go. My last service only took cash, never knew when they would show up and finaly, they actually never did show up.
I hope to have continued happiness as i will need raking in the fall and garden clean up in the Spring.
We just had sprinklers put in and sod laid before i discovered LawnStarter. My needs for future is maintenance to keep our beautiful new lawn.

Michael was prompt, professional and polite. He did a fantastic job on the yard and we discussed future projects. He’s the best.

I just got a puppy and have a stake for unusual purposes there is a stake in the ground and I forgot to let them know. When they showed up, they were courteous and tried to help me get everything cleaned off. They w r able to leave the stake and still provide a superb cut. The dog loves rolling around in the cut grass! Thank you

Overall work.

First mow was great. They mowed. Weed eated, and blew off the concrete surfaces. Would highly recommend this company.

My yard was cut perfectly. I was not home when he was here but was very pleased how my yard looked after he was done

Vicente is meticulous in caring for our lawn. He typically comes with 1 or 2 assistants who do the detail work with push mowers and blowers while he operates the riding mower. He lets us know when he might be delayed (e.g., for the July 4 holiday and once when he had to repair his equipment). He lets us know when it might be better to water less (or more). He sets the blades to a nice level that doesn't scorch the grass

Fast service

Juan and his crew arrived early on a dreary morning to mow and bag my clipppings. They weren't here long before it began to rain hard. They let me know they would return when the rain stopped and the sun came out. They came back late that afternoon and finished my 3/4 acre yard. They mowed, weed eated, blew off all concrete areas, and bagged all the clippings. I have absolutely no complaints with their work. They did an excellent job and still had smiles and acted professional. I look forward to having them back.

Timothy responded to our request to move up our scheduled service date courteously and efficiently. He explained that even though one of his rider mowers was out of commission and a second committed to other work sites, he would get the job done with a push mower. He showed up late that very same afternoon and completed the work with professionalism.

Did a great job mowing and trimming my hedges. Also was very responsive and gave great updates when the job needed to be cancelled and moved to a different day due to my yard being to wet.

Dominic does a great job. I would definitely recommend him.
