My husband and I are unable to do yard work so we are really grateful for Mike’s service! He always does a great job . He is very careful and cleanup is perfect.

My pro was amazing. Eager to help, good at listening to exactly what I needed and tremendously good work. Egbert was an absolute legend.

I have a good experience with my current lawn care provider “Top Dogg Unlimited”. They are very accommodating and considerate of my neighbors. I have no complaints about them.

They did such a nice job mowing my lawn! Super quick, easy to schedule, and my yard looks so clean and fresh now. Highly recommend!

They listen to my requests and fulfill them exactly as I ask.

The first cut LawnStarter Pro claimed that my grass was longer than 9 inches, so they charged me long grass fee. When I asked for pictures next to a ruler to prove that it was 9 inches, pictures were not available to me. The only pictures they say they took I never saw. Pictures can be angled in a way that it looks a certain height. I know for a fact that my lawn was not 9 inches so I filed a dispute. I was issued a partial refund because now they say only part of my lawn was greater than 9 inches. Really, which part! Now, let’s talk about whether I was satisfied with the first cut. It was horrible. It was cut so low that you could almost see the dirt. It was way too low and so consequently, my lawn burned after that. Additionally, there were sections of my lawn that were completely missed. Tthe person who mowed my lawn did not respond to LawnStarter to come back out and correct what he had missed. LawnStarter had to hire somebody else to come out and repair the job. Keep in mind these are multiple phone calls that I have had to make to LawnStarter about my lawn. I could not cancel the service so I asked for a different person to mow my lawn.

The second lawn cut there were no issues. lawnStarter had stated that a new person was going to come and mow my lawn, but the same person was sent. Since there were no issues with this lawn cut, I wasn’t gonna make a big deal out of it. I also decided that maybe that was just a one time thing.

Since I decided that I wasn’t going to worry about the first cut, I hired your company to trim my bushes. LawnStarter again sent the same person that did the first and second mowings even though they said they were going to hire someone different. First of all, the trimmings from the bushes were just left. Secondly, I have never seen such a butcher job on bushes. It was a disaster. Again, repeated phone calls from me to LawnStarter.

The third lawn cut, by the new guy, was completed on my NEIGHBOR’s lawn and not mine. He did not respond to either my inquiries to come and actually cut the lawn that they were supposed to or to LawnStarter. LawnStarter had to hire another company to complete my lawn. Again, several phone calls from me to Lawnstarter to correct my lawn.

If this were not enough, I receive an email from LawnStarter to post my opinion of the company and receive a $20 credit on my account. When I click the link, the. only response that can be given is glowing review that has been pre-typed by LawnStarter. There is no possibility for me to make any individual comments. WHAT A SCAM!!!😡

Their process of giving the lawncare person 48 hours to respond is inefficient. If the first person that makes an error on your lawn has 48 hours to respond and they don’t respond then the new person has an additional 48 hours to respond. This means that it’s at least four days to correct an issue. Again, this is inefficient and is simply not acceptable. The horrible service I have been provided does not justify the high prices they charge. 😡

I am a new homeowner and this my first time using LawnStarter. I just got my front yard cut and it looks good, what I like so far about the company is that they offer other services and i like the option to be able to pause my service and communicate with my lawn guy through their app, that is very convenient. I'm looking forward to try their other services like landscaping. So I give the service a👍up.

This was my first time using LawnStarter. Even though no one was home at the time, Derick from LawnStarter did a thorough mow of our lawn. I was nervous at first because no one could be there to meet him, but he did a great job and didn’t slack off. LawnStarter was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I’m glad I chose them for my lawn caring needs. I intend to continue being a customer for the foreseeable future.

Can I just tell you what a great job Thomas and his team did? With such a mild winter and warm, wet spring, our grass was overgrown. The yard looks great and we are ready to enjoy being outside.

Do not trust this company. They are crooks who take no responsibility for their workers who STOLE MY LAWNMOWER! When I contacted customer service, they just passed the buck, shrugged their shoulders, and claimed there was nothing they could do. Completely worthless and unethical company.

LawnStarters have been wonderful. They are very detailed, take the time to discuss what you need to be done. Being a partially disabled women it is nice to have some one do the proper job and go beyond what you expect
