Very limited services that are offered which not worth the price you pay. Another problem is that they tried to get you into a year subscription. All the products are offered in platform are generated by AI which can be obtained for free from website. The knowledge of the lawyers are limited to a certain area which sometimes is not as good as Chatgpt or Claude. I do not recommended it.

Really enjoyed learning Xero with Michelle. She explained everything in a very simple way and was happy to go over things again when I didnt understand something. She was also very patient and easy to ask questions to. I feel alot more confident using Xero now and would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to learn bookkeeping or Xero.

Do not waste your time with Lawpath if you need a company registered efficiently. They use highly aggressive, deceptive onboarding tactics disguised as administrative compliance.After customizing my package to avoid their hundreds of dollars in useless hidden add-ons, I completed my full application for my Pty Ltd company. The moment I hit submit, the platform locked my dashboard with a fake "ACTION REQUIRED" banner, explicitly stating that my company could not be activated until I booked a mandatory "free consultation call" with their team. This is a complete lie, company registration is an automated process with ASIC that does not require a sales call.To make matters worse, their direct debit payment gateway completely stalled, failing to process the transaction while holding my private director information hostage in a "pending" queue.They are deliberately creating artificial software blocks and manipulating language to force small business owners into phone queues just to upsell them on high-fee ongoing subscriptions and accounting retainers. It is an incredibly predatory and frustrating user experience.I abandoned the application, switched to a direct, no-frills software provider, paid with my card, and had my official Certificate of Incorporation from ASIC in my inbox within 15 minutes without any sales games. Avoid Lawpath if you value your time and honesty.

We had a FREE 12 month subscription through Westpac - we had to agree to DD to get the deal. It was due to renew in June 2026, so I cancelled the subscription renewal in April 2026, plenty of time I thought. I was wrong!! Lawpath went ahead and charged a random amount, an amount they didn't have authority to charge. I have now spent the last two weeks trying to get them to refund the money they took.
Westpac have been zero help as well! But that is no surprise.
Do not trust Lawpath! They will take your money and provide zero help.

The communication from Law Path and clear advice from Albert was very effective and gave me some direction as how to proceed. His follow-up was also very good - Bit of a problem with the video onlne which wasn't the lawyer's fault shoudl try ZOOM or Teams

It's okay service but a lot is needed to fix their consulation platforms... basically it will only allow the person who requested the meeting to join and, not anyone else from the company. Their "resolution" was to change me to be the owner/main account holder but that would just give my colleague the same issues that I have! Fix your systems and listen to your customers.
