Why would I put something on laybuy and wait 2 years until I receive the goods when I can have them NOW through a buy now pay later store like Latitude Pay. This concept is literally ridiculous and not to mention VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Do not use this store. On the rare occasion that you complete a layby they will take at least a month to send you the product and sometimes do not have the product in stock.
If you cancel the layby they will fob you off, send you copy and paste responses and will claim it takes 7-10 days to refund you money because their "payment provider" needs the extra time. That is just garbage. Refunds do not take 7-10 days in 2022.
They are scammers and their customer support staff do not know the first thing about customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY IN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME AND REALLY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

0 Stars - I have paid over $4000 in instalments. I asked for a balance and was told I only had half that amount.
I spoke to a worker who then looked into it and then said I was right I had over $4000 in credit. She left the company and when I went to use my credit, (3 years ago!) again was told I only had half that amount in credit.
For the past 3 years I've been back and forth. Screen shotted all my instalments. Again they finally admitted what the previous worker confirmed, that I had over $4000 in credit.
I no longer trusted that they had an accurate record of my payments and said I wanted to cancel my orders and obtain a refund because of their mistakes.
They wanted to charge me almost half that amount in cancellation fees. I went to a complaints system and in their words "as a gesture of good will they were prepared to charge me only just over $1000 in fees.
I am a single Mum to 3 kids, one with health issues. Needless to say there were many times over the years I could have used that money on essentials.
I forwarded the email from the complaints system and said I would take them up on their offer and after multiple emails and getting in touch again with the complaints system Laybyland will not respond to me.
Do not use this company. Their customer service is unprofessional, rude and happy to take your money but unwilling to help their customers.
I paid $4200 for absolutely nothing. I would have been better off keeping it in the bank. These companies prey on pensioners as sometimes this is the only way for us to purchase big ticket items.

Fantastic experience 2 years in a row have just laybyed for next Christmas its a godsend. I pay off all year and recently my daughter has signed up. I layby the beginning of the year and don't have to worry and for peace of mind nowing Christmas is sorted.

Customer service is DISGRACEFUL I have never dealt with a company that takes days just to reply back to you via email & who is so hard to get into touch with them via their phone number and when they do answer your calls majority of them are very rude, speak to customers in a very condescending way & are not helpful at all I would not recommend anyone to buy through Layby land as half the items they don’t have in stock and they do not tell you until you have paid your order off in full and they believe it’s ok that customers have to wait WEEKS just to receive their orders any where from 4-6 weeks I will never buy through Layby land again nor would I recommend them to anyone mainly due to their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
