Scammed. Company took my money and just deleted their site after the product was more than 1 month late. Didn't even get a refund or email telling me anything besides to review a product I never got.

Edit: They gave a different tracking code afterwards in response to what I'm writing today. It's weird how they went radio silent and had no customer service for more than a month until I started writing reviews and asking for my money back.

This is why I missed the package and wrote all this. All of this could've been avoided if they sent 1 email saying it's going to be late.

Wow, I hope my review discourages people from buying from this company. I place my order on November 18th with more than enough time to recieve by christmas. I was sent a confirmation of shipment on December 5th. Then on December 19th I get an email asking for a review of the product which has never arrived. Tracking shows no tracking number available. So I try to contact the company by email and by text as they have no phone number available. They send me a refund with no explanation. So now, four days before christmas I have nothing and nobody can be bothered to tell me what is going on.

Worst customer service I have experienced!

I absolutely love it! So well made and it looks like Gengar is just sitting inside the ball. I will definitely be ordering more!
